Extra Space Storage

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was met at the desk by Mr. Kirk, who was very helpful and knowledgeable of the offered storage units. I am military member moving to the area, and I was looking for temporary storage. Mr. Kirk helped through the process and made me feel a lot less stressed about moving. The process was seamless, and the customer service was fantastic. Thank you, Mr. Kirk. I will be referring my military members to this location if they are in need of a storage unit.

Kirk, was amazing. If you're not storing your valuables at this location, something is wrong with you. Customer service was top notch and left there confidently that might equipment is going to be safe.

I can’t recommend this location enough. The staff is always friendly on the phone and in person, it’s a convenient location, and the place is secure. It was never crowded when I moved things in or out during the year and a half that I had my unit. Five stars all around.

It was a great experience gettin in and out of the location thanks to the person at the front office I believe her name was Shaneika . Highly recommend the customer service is amazing and it has air conditioning lol.

Great website that made it super easy to get a unit and use it right away, on Sunday. Got a follow-up call on Monday morning to welcome us in and see if we had any questions or need any help - I had none. That's how easy they make it. The facility is amazing as well.
Three months later of using the unit - I had an account concern and so I called the office - it was addressed immediately to my full satisfaction - just a great customer service! Thank you.

If you need to use storage, this is the place to go. Climate controlled with working elevators. Always have wheeled carts available. It’s perfect for business use because you can be in and out of there in just a few minutes getting or putting away merchandise. The staff is also fantastic and helpful. No hidden fees and they don’t raise the price without your knowledge. Way better than public storage.

Amazing customer service!! The website was so easy to navigate to find what I needed. As I was checking out and just starting to look at the lease agreement to answer any last questions Neeka from the office called to check in. She coached me the rest of the way through and was truly a pleasure to work with!

I did an online rental and as soon as I submitted my information, I got a phone call from Neeka and she asked if I had any questions and offered any help I needed! She was knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had and pleasantly surprised me with her hospitality. She made it seem like more than just a storage unit and it gave me a confidence and sense of security about leaving my things away from my possession for an amount of time. 10/10 recommend:)
