Going to Rouses Market on Tchoupitoulas St. is magical! From beautifully arranged produce begging to be reincarnated as a New Orleans specialty, a dine-in hot bar crowded with lunch time workers and locals, to the bakery lady racing up to my cart to see what I couldn't resist today, this is why I live in this marvelous city!!!

Best Super market in NOLA. No need to go anywhere else. Biggest and best selection at the best prices. Even have my favorite USDA organic wines. Get you some Stellar Organics Pinotage.

locally owned and operated rouses is one of the greatest grocery stores around they have everything from organic to speciality items cooked fresh and hot when your ready for a quick bite or grab a whole fresh healthy meal for the entire family I totally recommend the chicken salad and especially stop by the bakery for some made daily breads cupcakes cakes pastries and more and their meat selection wonderful check out the smoked meats don't forget to stop by the seafood department and grab some made daily sushi as well as their alcohol and spirits department if you are looking for great wine Rouses has you covered from catering a party platter to veggies & fruits and more and need a gift Rouses has gifts for all occasions throughout the store beautiful flowers arranged or just buy 1, plenty of well lit parking wheel chair friendly throughout. Security on duty for safe shopping everyday. An ATM, carpet cleaning machines, bags of ice, Louisiana Lotta and Scratch Offs. Always clean covid 19 standards in place at all times

One of the cleanest stores I have visited. Not to many outages. They do an excellent job of putting product in the whole where another product belongs. So it doesn't look like an empty space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received a free pack of baby wipes at checkout, so that was very nice and unexpected. Great customer service.

The Clearview location is closest to my apartment and I usually go there. Today I stopped at the Napoleon location after work. The store was much cleaner and brighter than Clearview. I'll be making it a point to plan my shopping from there going forward

Locally owned! Great prices. Friendly service. Extraordinary liquor dept for a grocery store. Great shopping! Hours as of 6/2023 7 am. - 11 p.m.

Admittedly I stopped here mostly to avoid the rain, but the store was very nice. Prices were decent and the place was clean with plenty of good options. I found some liqueurs I haven’t seen before, and they were even selling dry-aged beef. I’m planning to come back before I leave town for sure.

Excellent grocery store practically on the banks of the river. Very well kept, well-stocked, and friendly employees. Brandon and his team in the deli section, to include Candace(rock star), and Michelle(very efficient), in my opinion are the best and well-run department in the store, hands down. They ALL deserve raises and recognition for their outstanding customer service.

This is a neighborhood grocery store that I am truly grateful to be able to call MY store!

This review is only for the deli as I make groceries elsewhere. This is one of my go-to spots for lunch. The hot food buffet available on weekdays is outstanding. While they seem to have certain items every day (fried chicken, macaroni, etc), there is always something different and a good variety available. My personal favorites include their stuffed cabbage rolls, okra with tomatoes, and jambalaya. The red beans and rice on Mondays is also excellent. I would even venture to say that some of the food available here is as good as you will find in any nearby restaurants! And why shouldn't it be? After all, these are local people cooking local food. Well done, Rouses! Keep up the delicious work! Also worth noting, the sushi bar will prepare anything you want, made to order.

A giant store! Great use of space. We stopped for a quick bite. The fried chicken was so delicious. We got a couple different items from the hot bar. Yum!

I love, love, love the buffet!!! 😋 Absolutely delicious every time. The barbecued ribs, mac n cheese and mashed potatoes are my favorite!! 🤤

Excellent selection and very clean and organized supermarket. Great fresh meat selection as well as a fix it yourself deli and salad bar.

I love this location. Huge store with great To go food, prepared food and everything you can think of in a grocery store to purchase.

Rouses is the best! They have a huge selection, a lot of stuff you won't find at Whole Foods or Winn- Dixie. Especially well stocked with Louisiana made and Cajun products. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The prepared food is all high quality in my experience. Above average rotisserie chicken. Decadent but affordable hot bar. Wonderful bakery and selection of desserts. Everything I would want in a grocery store.

Love that they have a gluten free aisle! Makes shopping easy for me. Clean, up to date store, and always has freshly made food.
