Tim is awesome he's one of this Target's cashiers. He's super helpful and very personable. I've been through his line a few times and he always makes me smile.

It was a really great experienced with the help of those people when I needed with my order for pick up. I thank her personally as with other co- worker too for thier assistance and to her great options she offered. She knows what exactly to get me on what the customer expectations! I'll give her a 👋 high five rating!! She's awesome particularly on her name tag on her left side "Assets Protector" logo.

I just want to give a big kudos to the incredibly welcoming blonde lady who served me at the Starbucks in store yesterday. Usually when I get my coffee at this spot I know I'm resigning myself to waiting 3x as long for a lackluster product. I usually drive to the new one on the way out tbh lol. But I decided hell I just need a coffee yesterday and had the most impeccable service! The worker was so lovely, smiling like crazy! She was so friendly it was literally infectious and made me cheer up. She made my coffee so fast and it was absolutely delicious. I wish I knew her name but she's amazing!

I always have a wonderful experience when I go to the Urbana Target in Frederick, MD. The Target Team is always welcoming, professional, helpful, hardworking, reasonable and patient. The store is clean and organized. I can do my store pick up which is quick and easy. When I’m in a hurry. But the atmosphere and environment is always good vibes. So I really enjoy walking around and shopping!

My daughter and I visited this store looking for a specific product. Unfortunately when we went to the shelf, the item was sold out. Lavontae, an associate stocking shelves in a near by area, offered his assistance. He was able to locate the item in the system, and went to the stock room to look for it. He emerged a few minutes later with the items in hand. Thanks to him, our trip was not in vain. His customer service was top notch!

I just had the best experience at target at the Frederick location. My boyfriend and I are going to a game really soon and were looking on the app for some of the teams merch and saw there was one left in my size so I rushed over. I was really in a pinch and needed a specific hoodie. I had asked another employee for assistance and I was pointed in the wrong direction. I found Ryan and not only did she direct me to the correct department of the store but she also helped me find said hoodie in the racks. She was literally in the racks with me helping me find this item. I was so happy when we found it! She is an angel and I really hope her manager sees this. She was kind and helpful. I know she was just doing her job but to me she saved the day! She has restored my faith in humanity. Not all superheros wear capes.

I love Target in Frederick, MD. It is a very pleasant shopping experience and they always have great products. Some things I do not see at other stores and grocery stores. Cheers Target!

Target is the store that captures educated, diverse and cross-generational shoppers across the the entire Unuted States. I started shopping here when I was pregnant in the late 1990's and now my three sons, who are in their early 20's, call Target their favorite store. Love this place!

Great location. Staff is pretty awesome

The store was well stocked and the employees helpful. I ordered pick up and that was fast and pleasant. I also realized I needed something else while I was in the parking lot so I went in. I had to ask for help finding something and the employee was kind and helpful, even though I was being oblivious to her directions (I thought I'd checked where she told me - based on the location in the target app, but I had looked in a different place). The woman at checkout was lovely and kind. All around a great experience.

Easy to shop in department store in Frederick, MD or online. Good quality offerings in clothes, a full CVS Pharmacy, furniture, almost anything you need, including a small but fresh grocery section!

Fast return. I was able to get in and out of Target with no problems. I returned an out fit ipurchased for grandson because the sized was wrong on the hanger but the customer service was good and fast.

I purchased 4 items through Target Pick-up and collected them the next day. Customer service promptly helped to bring out my order after I showed my online receipt and ID. Will use this service again.

Excellent customer service. Shirley does a superb job of making sure the check out lines are operating as smoothly and efficiently as possible. In her interactions with customers, she strives to make everyone feel appreciated. Regardless of how busy things are, Shirley takes the time to acknowledge every shopper and make sure they know how grateful she is for their business. Her positive attitude makes everyone's day a bit brighter.

Thank you to the cashier who checked me out quickly as my newborn was crying. It was very busy and I would have left my cart if she had not grabbed me. Wish I had looked at your name tag. Thank you, great customer service
