Elaine at the Frederick Michael's Store #9820 at 5541 Urbana Pike Frederick Md 21704 was amazing. She helped me two days before Christmas to find a very hard to find item. She went out of her way and could not have been more pleasant at the end of a crazy holiday week. She was so kind and patient!

I wish I could remember her name, but the woman who helped me with framing my watercolor painting did such an incredible job! She helped me pick the perfect frame, and I'm so glad I came here for help!

Bought some inexpensive solid color tshirts here. Good price! Also, recently had a print framed for less than $100. The work was done well and it was ready in the time promised.

Michael's is always a place I love to be. I got my neice some great art markers and the works to go with them. When I was an art instructor in Boston it was an every day trip. This Michael's is just as good. Clean, organized and great service.

I forgot how nice Michaels is. I needed some elastic to mend a skirt and they had it. I was in a bit of a hurry, but they have so many arts and crafts, artificial flowers, and decorating items. I'm going back to check it out tomorrow!

We stopped in just to look around as it was a long time since the last time we had been in a Michaels and we were pretty happily surprised, I was hoping for more Christmas ornaments but the decor they have is really nice and seemed like a good quality. We ended up getting a new Christmas tree for our house and a few more things that grew legs and jumped into our cart. We'll be back!

Great store for crafts for grandkids

They had exactly what I was looking for. They filled my online order super quick. Prices were excellent and the people in the store were very friendly and helpful. What more can you ask for.

I've been shopping at this location for most of my life and have always been satisfied with my experience here. Sometimes it is hard to find more specialized materials for fine arts projects but this is a reflection more on Michaels as a chain than it is this location; for general arts and crafts projects I can usually find what I need. The staff are always friendly and helpful!

Went in around 7:15pm. The young ladies working were very nice & really helpful. The cashier was really friendly & helped us open up our Michael's account. Found some cute flowers I will definitely be returning.

Staff was helpful in locating what I needed and answering my questions. They honor AC Moore coupons so that was a bonus. Quick and easy check-out. Parking was plentiful and close. Clean and well stocked store

So much to look at. Prices on some things can be a bit high but they always have coupons and are always running sales. Their painting/drawing supply are is twice as big as the other craft store in the area. Huge selection of frames as well. Hard to imagine you would not be able to find what you came for, and chances are you'll find a few things you didn't know you needed.
