Veritex Bank

The manager of this bank is incredible...I was NOT a happy girl when I walked in, and my frustration was met with kind eyes and a warm smile and a comforting, soft, compassionate, understanding mellow calm voice that said, " I can see that you are upset, and I am here to help you. I am the bank manager." Wow...just...wow. We sat down and I immediately KNEW I would be heard. He took his time and allowed me to talk...never interrupting. Total respect. My problem was fixed within 5 minutes...but he didn't rush me out of his office. I know this incredible man lives in Dallas, but his heart and soul are from heaven. Not too hard on the eyes either. He is a treasure. I am blessed to have met him when I was losing it. Profound thanks, Mr. Wilcox. I have never met any person like him in business.

I feel that the Frankford Veritex bank location is home. They make me feel like they are my family. Everyone there is nice and knows me by name when I walk in. Every one is smiling and comes to me wanting to help me. I really recommend this bank if you are looking for a family bank atmosphere.

Drive thru teller service at Preston/Beltline is ridiculously too long! The whole point of going out of the way to find a drive thru bank teller is for convenience and to save time. Much faster to just walk into the location a short distance away at Preston/Frankford. Also, I have NEVER had a teller tell me a hold could be put on my deposit (for a corporate check!) in over 10 years of banking (previously Sovereign Bank)... Beware this drive thru location. I’ve only used a hand full of times in the last year but they have rarely been quick or convenient in the drive thru.

This location is horrible. I was the only person in the drive thru and still took 5 mins to deposit 1 item. Also not a hello from the teller. I would drive out of your way to find another location and not go to this one at all. I forsure will not be back.

Impossible to reach this bank by phone. It goes to a mailbox every time I call and then says the mailbox is full!
