Bill Thiele and his team were excellent to work with. The process of switching over all my auto and homeowners policies was somewhat complex involving a fair amount of paperwork and sending of files back and forth. But Michelle Erskine and Sara Plave were very helpful and responsive and easy to work with. The savings Bill was able to provide me made the changeover more than worth the effort. I've known Bill for many years and he is a person of high integrity. I would highly recommend contacting Bill Thiele for any insurance needs you may have.
