With so much going on a daily basis it's great to find a service that is reliable and trustworthy. Their prices are very fair, the workmanship is awesome & you get a smile which is hard to find nowadays. We have taken several pairs of shoes to get repaired & always satisfied with the quality of work & detail.

I like buying my kids tennis shoes here, so I know I get the right size! Also, they have repaired numerous purses for me including designer ones. They do a fantastic job and the cost is very reasonable! This store has saved me a trip to Somerset Mall and costly purse repair fees more than once!

Fixed my daughter's Side zip/platform style Doc Martin's. Side zipper broke and hole penetrated through sole. They not only fixed but cleaned and polished. This experience slowed me down enough to notice a great selection of shoes in stock.

The kindest gentleman helped fit my 10 month old son for his first pair of Stride Rites. Hard to find a place like this nowadays - great experience!

The man who helped me was so kind. I needed to get a pair of ugg fluff mommas resoled and l was a little worried as they do not make this shoe anymore.I was able to look at a few soles and pick the one I liked the best. They did a wonderful job and they were so quick! I dropped them off on Saturday and they were done by Monday! Great service and very kind. I would recommend for your shoe repairs.

Brought in a two pairs of black dress shoes to get cleaned up and polished for a wedding. The customer service was very friendly and the shoes look great! Not only did they do good work, they got the shoes back to me earlier than promised. Definitely recommend!

We arrived as they were closing and locking up the store (we didn’t check and hours) and one of the employees without hesitation unlocked the door and took her time with our daughter to find the perfect pair of shoes. This store is great for finding new shoes for kids since they actually measure to find their ever changing shoe sizes. Great shoe selection for adults and kids and friendly, patient staff. Will definitely be returning!

Very happy with my shoe buying experience today. Amber was amazing and very helpful. The higher end New Balance shoes are worth every penny. So glad to have this wonderful store in Brighton.

Staff was very helpful when I needed help. I liked their selection of quality shoes and boots. They have shoes for the whole family! Great shoe repair too! They've repaired my son's work boots and my favorite sandals. I've even had them repair my purse. All well done!

Bring your purses in need of repair to this shop! I brought in a purse that needed the shoulder strap reattached, as it was less than 1 year old and I had spent a good chunk of change on it. The gentleman was friendly, it cost way less than a new purse, and it was even completed before he had originally promised! The repair is exquisite. If it wasn't my purse, I wouldn't know it was repaired!

I usually never write reviews but The Shoe Store/Shoe Repair just exceeded my expectations. I had three very nice pairs of leather boots repaired. Two needed new heels and one pair was a very tricky fix - there are straps that are threaded through a loop. The loops were falling apart and they created custom leather loops. All the work was beautifully done, and very high quality workmanship. Everyone I dealt with provided excellent customer service, the price was reasonable and the turn around time was pretty quick. I am glad to have this type of service available so close to home. Shoe/leather repair is a dying art and these people have it completely nailed. Take your shoe/purse repairs there - you will not be disappointed! I am not easy to please and they just exceeded my expectations -can't say enough good things! Thank you!!

This female owned and operated shop provides high-end footwear for those who want to stand tall and walking softly. They employ an old school cobbler who works magic on leather goods one would believe can never be repaired.

Took a pair of my treasured walking shoes,NB,with worn heels and wife's side zippered leather boots, zipper needed replacement, and we couldn't be more pleased with the repair quality ! We in the Brighton area are very fortunate to have this level of shoe repair service and quality of workmanship! Would give them 10 stars if they were available!

I will never be able to say enough how great the shoes and service are at The shoe store. Good old fashioned service from fitting to knowledge about the products. My husband and I are heavy and diabetic and proper footage is so important to our health. Bill we hope you never ever leave.

Amazing group of people. Very nice and helpful and they fixed my cowboy boots at a very reasonable price. I was nervous at first because I have never had shoes repaired but they did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them.

The expense is worth the repair! These folks really know what they're doing, and have high quality shoes! The store does not stink like cleaning chemicals or candles. It smells very much like the shoes themselves. Loved the atmosphere, and suburb service.
