CVS

everyone in the store is helpful. I like this store due to the fact many items at other CVS stores are sold out or unavailable , this store usually has them. This is very important to us on fixed incomes. because we always use the store coupons

I just went shopping for a couple of things I needed. the store was very neat and clean. I found the thing I needed easily and I was able to use my $10:00 care pass and get a bargain on all my purchases. I was very happy!!

The staff and managers are wonderful. I observed a boligerant woman in the store arguing about a coupon today. The manager (Eric) handled it very professionally and offered multiple options that the customer could take as he was unable to do anything on his end. He was very apologetic and agreed that the rules of the coupon weren't fair either. The customer continued to become irate and cussing the poor manager out until he was forced to call the police on her. Be appreciative people. Workers are going out of their way and giving up their holidays to be there to help us get what we need (even though if most of us didn't procrastinate, we wouldn't need them to be open at all! Myself included!). Have some heart, calm down, and reflect before being so nasty to one another. Belittling someone over a few cents over something that is out of their control is disgusting and incredibly immature for an adult. I think this store is doing great!

I did an online order yesterday for photo's. I am not good with anything online. I had to call the store several time's to complete my order. Thankfully the clerk who assisted me was extremely patient. His name is Eric. I would like to give recognition to an excellent employer!

Very polite, pharmacist goes above expectations and has been helpful in coordinating with my doctor and insurance company. This story is busy for a reason they offer excellent service and moderate wait times.

Until today I’ve had good experiences here so I’m giving it 4 stars out of appreciation for most of the employees and experiences I’ve had here. Today I had an appt for a flu shot that I had made days ago and hired a babysitter to get to. I arrived, waited for 7 minutes past my appt time because there was someone ahead of me.when it was my turn in line the tech told me very curtly that I’d be waiting a half hour. I told her i had an appt and was not a walk in and she told me “well i have 12 waiters ahead of you”. I don’t even know what a waiter is...She continued to talk to me in this manner (curt and with no apology or sense of kindness). I opted to leave and go to the cvs on grand River. The wait was still 15 min but I’d rather wait for someone who is being kind and courteous than rude.

I run to CVS because I’m in the middle of moving and see that they close at 10 pm. I go to the door at 9:49... they locked the doors. Seriously. I hope their SM Cory Hall gets this

I am not happy with the Pharmacist. One pharmacist in particular messes up the pricing on my prescriptions everytime. If I ask her to change it she is argumentive and refuses to find the correct one They charge the wrong codes, and sometimes they are charging 50 dollars over the cost I should be paying. I have had to argue with the Pharmacist to correct it, but she argues right back. It is useless to argue with her. The store staff and pharmacy assistants are friendly and helpful and nice. Otherwise I would have given them a one star. I am changing pharmacies due to this particular pharmacist.
