Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This is my favorite Sherwin-Williams store anywhere. As a house painting company owner, I've been to looooooooooots of Sherwin-Williams locations, and this is the best. Cristal and Anthony treat everyone well, from the company owners to the first time visitors. They greet every customer and deal with sudden rushes well. Cristal and Anthony are very knowledgeable and efficient. They can recommend paints for different situations, or if they're out of something, they can recommend another product/find a store with what you want. Corey has also been very helpful and was able to set me up with a sprayer orientation class for my painters.

We've been using Sherwin-Williams stores/paint for years. I LOVE the high level of customer service that we get at the Old 23/Grand River store in Brighton. Great paint, great service!!

I love the personal treatment you get here! If you are price sensitive like me they have periodic deals that keep them competitive with the home improvement stores.

You get what you pay for. Good quality. Very nice people. Great inventory. Watch the sales and get more for your money.

Excellent staff, high prices are frequently out of paint

Not all that impressed with the staff. Too much confusion on what colors are available in what product. Picked up chips and was told all were available in a specific product. Went back to get paint and was told 2 of 3 were not available in the product I wanted. Then they sent me to the other Brighton location to get what I needed, after a call to verify it was available. I get to other location and can't get the colors I wanted in products I wanted. I'm done with Sherwin Williams. I get marginally better service at a large box store.
