Kroger

Great Kroger visit, they had everything we needed on our list. It wasn’t overly crowded and the line to checkout was reasonable. The sushi we got from the sushi stand was fresh and delicious as always. It was a good fast in and fast out shopping experience, I wish they were all this good.

Had an amazing visit the other day, I actually ran into one if the managers and we spoke about all the updates the store went through in 2023! It was very informative and impressive to see how dedicated they have been to providing a great experience for their guests! The only place I do my shopping, great selection, great service and the staff is always so friendly, outgoing and helpful! Stop on by, you won't leave disappointed!

I love this Kroger! The store is always clean and stocked! I wish South Lyon could keep there location up like this!

I do instacart and this is hands down the best kroger within 50 miles each direction! I see people commenting upset there weren't alot of cashiers but I just have one question for them! Do you guys never shop anywhere? Every place is self checkout these days...if you don't wanna be the person checking out then order instacart otherwise Goodluck

MY WIFE and I went to Kroger to pick up some items to be able to eat, as well as to cook, because WE were going to be visiting family and friends. WE found the essentials for that, as well as some other things that WE wanted for OURSELVES.

Great Associates there, happy and helpful, hard to find these days. The pharmacy is always accurate as well. Great floral Dept and produce.

Outstanding cheese selection. There are often discounts on gourmet varieties, and the knowledgeable, friendly ladies in charge of the cheese shop are full of tips on pairing with wines and generous with samples. Always a pleasure, they're great!

Murray's cheese counter is very well stocked. The nice cheese ladies who work there have tips for pairing different varieties with drinks and other food and tell you what's on sale. 👍

I had an appointment today in Brighton and planned a pick up close to when I thought I’d be done. I was 25 minutes early and when I called and asked if it would be possible to pick up early the staff was so accommodating and brought my order right out! Very much appreciated them going through extra mile today!

Everyone is very friendly! New design takes a little time to get used to but love it! Wish they would have put a salad bar in instead of the help yourself frozen meal section. That's just my opinion though! Love all the options for fresh and freshly prepared foods.

I have always loved this Kroger! It is always well stocked and clean. The expansion has been a great addition to the entire experience! It feels so open! And checkout has never taken me more than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

I have always had good luck finding things I'm looking for and the staff has always been exceptionally friendly. I requested a special item and they began stocking it for me! It's clean and while it's not immaculate like a Busch's, the prices are not sky high either! Love my fuel points too!!

I was picking up an order last night and the worker accidentally locked my card putting numbers in wrong. It wasn’t his fault, neither of us knew what numbers it wanted. Instead of asking for a different payment method (I didn’t have one anyway) or unloading all the groceries and taking them back, they printed up a receipt, loaded my car and sent me on my way saying that we could figure out the bill today. I called and got it taken care of over the phone. Everyone was SO nice and so kind I’m still a bit shocked. Thank you for making that slight issue SO much easier on me and my kids.

I usually shop here 1-2 times a week for primarily produce. I love that they are always well stocked. There is a huge variety of produce. And it's usually high quality. Very rarely am I ever disappointed by the quality. The prices however are usually higher than other grocery chains, but the quality is better so you get what you pay for. There is a very helpful young man in the produce department, I never stop to check or ask his name. Hes always asking if he can help customers fi d anything and is all around a very pleasant employee. I'm looking forward to what the remodel is going to look like after construction is completed.

Deli service was great 👍 Their hours are posted. 12 to 7pm. I'm sure that's subject to change. They had several deli meats pre cut so that's helpful.

Well laid out store, decent produce, self checkout needs more staffing

I go there for the pharmacy because they are fast and efficient and have known me for 16 yrs and very knowledgeable. I live on the other side of town so I go to grocery store close to me but Kroger has a large selection of items and the people are nice.

I had been shopping here for a long time, but today I tried the ClickList on the Kroger app just to experience the processes. Needless to say, this will be the ONLY way that I shop for now on. The process was so easy and simple and the team members were fast to bring out my order, even though it was extremely busy. This is the wave of the future!
