I can’t say enough great about C3 Auto Repair , I noticed some antifreeze on my driveway and started to smell it while I was driving. I got it right in and Nick got my vehicle and explained everything that was going on and put me at ease knowing that they could get me back on the road, and no time at all. Not only is my van back up and going they also took some time to give my van a once over and let me know of anything else that might be happening so I’m not surprised. I definitely will be going back.

Whenever I have a car issue I go here. They are fast, efficient, and pricing is fair. Never had an issue.

Transmission service, replaced sway bar linkage and did general diagnostic. My hat goes off to the team, Nick and Marty RIP. Hope to have a continuing relationship with this great shop. Unsure of any owner-management/business model changes going forward

Super awesome!!! Have been here 3 times and all 3 times they have done great work and reasonable prices. I had work done noticed a sound leaving. Let them know before leaving. Took them 5 min to figure it out. Wasn’t on them, was another part that was loose. But didn’t make me feel like an idiot and weren’t offended for being worried about it. Great service!!!! Awesome work!!!

These guys were fabulous! Nick and the C3 team saved us from being stuck in the United States when our starter broke. We dropped it off when they were closed on Sunday and had us on the road by 3:00pm the next day! They were very professional and very reasonably priced. We can’t thank them enough for the amazing job they did!

I have been going to Marty and his crew for years. You cannot find a more honest place to do business with in Livingston county.

We had just gotten our serpentine belt replaced at our mechanics at home ( Traverse City Michigan ). And we were on our way out of town several hours away (Cincinnati Ohio) when we had pulled over for a different reason and heard this ticking coming from under the hood. We were pointed in the direction of C3 Auto Repair to check it out for us. We were greeted with a sense of humor and a smiling face by Marty. As soon as he popped the hood he could see that the serpentine belt that we just had repaired had sliced off and was flapping in the breeze. He got us in right away and 20 minutes later we were back on the road again. Marty and the boys were gentleman helpful and friendly during this whole transaction. I would highly recommend him! A super smart team who invested a lot of effort into figuring out an odd air conditioning issue with a 2018 Ford Fusion. I am so grateful for their diligence. I took my wife's car in for an exhaust leak and heat shield repair. Marty and his crew got us all fixed up within just a few hours (and they were slammed too), and I can't believe how cheap it was. The work done was high quality, and no unnecessary work / upselling was done. Will definitely go back when other car trouble pops up.

Knowledgeable and friendly team. They do quality work at fair prices. Haven't had to return to them due to the work they performed. So that's always a great thing. I'm so happy a friend of mine referred me to C3 Automotive! Marty was so nice to me the first time I brought my truck to his shop! He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I even asked him to talk to my brother to explain the repair it needed, and he was happy to do so. He's an honest guy, he'll let you know what the problem is and won't try to upsell anything. His mechanics are awesome too, but I only know Nick's name because he's the one I've spoken to when Marty wasn't there. Kudos to the one (I forgot his name but I know who he is) that found the problem with my heated seats around Christmas time! I was convinced it was something way worse and what bad timing it would've been. I even think Marty may have talked me off the ledge that night, when I called him in a panic. So, in a nutshell, go to C3 Automotive for all your car needs!

I had trouble with my brake lines after being replaced, and the axel line again was done again with no questions immediately. I really appreciated the professionalism. Having work done is not cheap but neither is anything else in clown world. I would come here again.

Marty and his team did a fantastic job replacing the catalytic convertors on my son's vehicle. I had the car at a dealer for over a week and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I brought it in to C3 and they immediately figured it out. Car was running smoothly and work completed within a few hours for an amazing value. I am taking all of my cars here from now on. The engine in my Jeep locked up. Called Marty and he handled everything with my insurance company top to bottom. With-in a week, I had my Jeep back with a remanufactured engine instead of the 122k mile engine with a 30 day warranty insurance originally wanted to use. Now I have a perfectly good running vehicle again with a 3-year 100,000 mile warranty. Simple and painless. Thanks Marty. Jeep runs fantastic by the way.
