The BEST UPS ever! I work at a local Brighton business and place print jobs weekly - the customer service we receive at this location is quite literally THE BEST! We send our thanks & praises to this team (with a big shout out to Kevin!)

The employees at the Brighton, MI UPS Store are always SO friendly & happy to help. They always have a smile on their faces (rare these days) and there's never a long wait. I use it mostly for Amazon returns and I'm in & out with a minute, or so. They all make it so easy!

The great shipping place on earth hands down! Honestly the friendliest and most helpful staff of any store I’ve ever been to. We are frequently here for shipping and Amazon returns and have never once had a bad experience. The staff there is always super welcoming, patient and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

It was a very pleasant experience. The clerk was very nice and helped me to get my package sent out because I get confused about what envelope or box to use. I was treated with respect. I appreciated the smiles too.

I was just at the Brighton UPS store with a lot of returns and one of the employees (Gary) went over and above his duties in order to help accommodate us for our benefit and he did it with grace as he inspired my Christmas spirit for the year.

This location is the absolute best. They have been taking care of all of my business’s printing needs for 3 years. They are just so great. They have so many wonderful options for printing and signage.

This place is my GO TO for copies. Even the same morning, I email my prints, color copies, two sided and they're done in NO time! Fantastic team, excellent service and quality. Thank you UPS Brighton!

I went to the store today to drop off my Amazon return and was amazed at how fast and efficient the team was. I had an issue with my drop off and called back a couple of hours later and I spoke with Robert. He was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. Great store!

I can not speak highly enough of the team at UPS Brighton. I am a sales representative for a medical device company and my job takes me all over the state of Michigan. I am constantly shipping product and because of this I have visited nearly every UPS location in the state. I will go out of my way and drive by other more convenient UPS or FedEx locations to come to UPS Brighton. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. They have become my “do everything” partner. Kevin, Steve, Gabby and the rest of the team regularly help me with not just shipping but designs and printing for proposals, marketing signs, mailer campaigns and more. The work is always top notch! Small details like greeting me when I walk in and having my projects ready to hand over (whenever I show up…no matter how busy the shop is) shows that they value my time and their role as a partner in helping me to grow my business. I am so lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. Thank you!

Went into the ups store and was greeted by the owners and employees - very nice people. I asked Kevin to blow up a picture and he replied “I can do one better! I can make the picture into a fathead” I said perfect. What an amazing job! Whenever you need print or copies done go to the ups store and ask for Kevin..

I have been going to the Brighton UPS store for over 20 years, ever since Gary and Bill opened their first location . I will at times go out of my way to utilize their services. This is simply due to the quality of service and professionalism of each employee. I also appreciate all the various ancillary product offerings they provide.

I would highly recommend for shipping , printing or promo products call the team at UPS Brighton before going anywhere else .

I never use another UPS Store! The workers here are always kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Every print job I have gotten done through this store is excellent professional quality and I’ve never been dissatisfied with the quality or variety of services offered here. If I could give more than five stars I would!

UPS store #2109 is the only we use for our personal and business needs. We have been customers since the store first opened. The owners and staff members are all professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Whatever we have tasked them to do has been done error free and in an expediated manner.
Excellent customer service...do not go elsewhere as this is your go to shipping/printing store. Special shout out to Kevin for always taking care of our last-minute printing requests!

Needed almost 50 printed, plastic yard signs on a Sunday in an emergency situation. Tried literally every other printer open from Saturday night through Sunday morning, and no other shop in the area could do it. Finally found this store, talked to Robert, and he made it happen. He was knowledgeable and delivered even quicker than he promised. This place is a gem. Can't recommend highly enough.

I’ve never ever had a bad experience at this store. Everyone is always very friendly, quick and helpful. I’m usually in and out of the store with my Amazon returns within a minute or less. I appreciate how welcome they make you feel and how easy returns are.

I needed a print of a photo 10"x30" to frame as a gift and the UPS Store did a high quality job that was amazing! The service was fast and friendly and the price was great as well. All my printing from now on will be done at The UPS Store in Brighton. Thanks guys!

I went to The UPS Store in order to ship a warrantied printer to HP. Everything had already been prearranged because of the business agreement between the two of those companies. The process was mostly painless, other than the fact that I had previously been told that I would only need to allow The UPS Store personnel to scan a "barcode" on MY phone. Once there, I was told this was not going to be possible, & that I would have to print the barcode for them to be able to use it, which meant paying a printout fee. It was in the range of $2 - $3, which was unexpected, but was worth it to accomplish MY ultimate goal. Overall I am satisfied with the service that I received, & would recommend The UPS Store for a variety of printing/copying/shipping services!

The personal and professional atmosphere of their store is reflected in their outstanding service and finished products. Besides shipping, I use them to help me print literature for my presentations and their suggestions for layouts have proven to be spot on.
I highly recommend their services to everyone.
