Mattress Firm Brighton

First of all, Elton was fantastic! We have been looking for a new bed for our 4 year old, and we ended up spontaneously checking out this store because we had time to burn, and thankfully we did! Elton was very helpful, and we finally found what we had been looking for! It was a great experience! Very helpful and knowledgeable and had great customer service. Highly recommended! Will be returning customers!

Elton was absolutely amazing!! He was incredibly friendly and insanely knowledgeable! Was not pushy at all and made the whole process easy which was a relief for me and my husband! We will always be going back to him for our sleeping needs!

We walked into the store. We were greeted by a very friendly guy named Craig. We told him what we wanted and he showed us several choices. We made our pick, he wrote us up, we paid our bill. He loaded our purchase into our truck and we were gone. Mattress purchase made simple! No high pressure sales or anything. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this store and Craig.

We came to buy a mattress, not knowing where to start. Elton was extremely helpful, he is very knowledgeable on the products. He was extremely personable and helpful throughout the entire process. We dealt with Craig and were pleased as punch! He provided great detail on the various bed choices and made the process simple. Craig at the Brighton store was great. He understood exactly what type of mattress we were after and worked within or budget to find the perfect mattress. Knowledgeable, professional & easy to talk to. No high pressure sales.

Elton was an extremely well informed sales representative. He was not only well informed about the various lines of mattress constructions and gave us straight answers to our questions, he was learned about what to look for in the customer lying on the mattress as to relaxation, etc.
Addendum: Due to certain back issues, we had to return our original choice of mattress. Elton not only stood behind his company's guarantee, he made the return transition as smooth and trouble free as possible. I cannot recommend Mattress Firm highly enough, and in particular, Elton White.

Dave is an exceptional Associate of Mattress Firm. He has an expansive knowledge of human physiology and how it should be correctly supported by a proper mattress. No pressure! I can honestly say I made a well informed decision.

We had a wonderful experience at Mattress firm! We were greeted immediately by Nate our salesperson. We were there for 2 hours and tried 5 different beds before deciding what was best for us. Nate was very professional and very knowledgeable on educating us how to pick the right bed for our needs. He was very patient as we used several forms of payment and set us for a Monday delivery! I will definitely refer my friends and family to Nate! He was amazing!

Dave was very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. 10/10 recommend working with him. We gave our budget and he guided us to multiple options, even breaking out the measuring tape for us.

Nate was a great help explaining the various features of each of the mattresses. He was very patient as we spent well over an hour going back and forth between two beds and asking a bunch of questions. He gave us a great deal and was outstanding to work with.

I’ve been trying to find the right pillow for years with no luck. I googled a place near me that sold pillows and MattressFirm came up. As soon as I walked in I was greeted nicely by Nathan. I explained what I was looking for and the issues I’ve run into. Nathan asked a few questions about how I sleep and the firmness of my mattress. With what I told him and his plethora of knowledge he was able to match the right pillow to fit my personal needs. When I am ready to purchase my next mattress I will for sure be contacting Nathan.
