Great location with friendly staff!

I live closer to the one in Novi, but prefer this location.

They had plenty of stock on the shelves. With the holidays, they had some great deals. Often I purchase "Open Box" items to save a little money.

The employees at checkout are efficient, professional, and friendly!

I highly recommend this location to anyone needing electronics, Appliances, cellphones, etc.

Normally I’m not one for writing reviews but this takes the cake for me, I went in to Best Buy today in pursuit of a new Xbox. Normally at Best Buy (not Brighton location) I’ve had issues with customer service, pricing, or just a smooth process. Now today I go in and after walking around looking for the product I came in for, I get greeted by one of the best people I’ve met named Lisa! She hooked me up by price matching for me, taking me personally aside and doing my transaction AWAY from the line to give me the best experience I’ve ever had. Come to find out Lisa is the most personable lady I’ve ever met and made me feel I was getting treated like family! Thank you so much to the Brighton Best Buy staff and especially Lisa! I recommend anyone to come to this location and I will be back!

I just absolutely love Best Buy! Purchased both of my smart TVs there. The staff was excellent... especially in describing the technology differences which helped me decide which smart TV to go with. Best Buy is definitely best.

I used their online ordering and in store pick-up for the first time. It was quick and easy. Hardest part was the need to reset my PW since it had been a while since I ordered anything from Best Buy.
Everything went without a hitch. I was able to order onlune and set up text messages for order readiness. When I went there to pick up all I needed to do was show an ID. I was out the door and back in my teuck in under 5 minutes. And, since the nearest store in only 12 minutes away, the entire process from looking for what I needed to picking up and having it home was less than 2 hours - even quicker than what Amazon can do. (And the part was the same exact price on Amazon!)
Definitely need to continue looking at Best Buy for any of my electronics and appliance needs in the future.

Needed a monitor, called and spoke to a sales associate and set up to pick up a monitor and have a second one sent to my home so I could upgrade my entire set up. The transaction was safe, secure, fast, and easy

Appreciate the technical knowledge of the associate that helped us. The associate provided helpful guidance and suggestions related to our home printer issues before considering a new printer purchase. In the end, we had to purchase a new printer and yes, through Best Buy.

I love this store! There are plenty of knowledge people available to help, even if all I need is to stress shop. Great products and great service!

Nick in the Home Theater department really knows his stuff, and fights for you to get the best possible experience. I cannot recommend Nick at this store highly enough of you are shopping for a TV.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Geek Squad especially!

They keep enough staff on the floor to answer questions and help customers, kind of a flashback to retail 15 years ago.

KOCEILA AND THIS STORE, ROCK! What a fantastic experience! My son (16) and I had driven up yesterday from Whitmore Lake to go to the Nike outlet, Kensington Valley Varsity (to order a jacket) and Plato's Closet. All were closed due to the "storm", so we decided to stop in and browse at Best Buy. We were asked several times, politely and without pressure if we could use some help (I think Brad may have been one of them). When Koceila checked on us, I asked if he could help with setting me up with recording for a YouTube channel. He got me a nice 4k webcam, boom Mike, circle lights and suggestions on software. Everything I needed. You don't get this kind of service online. Just sayin'. People make the difference and Koceila is one of the good ones. :)

Matt was so incredibly professional, intelligent, and kind! He has helped me several times over the past year with my living room theater, and even my computer tech support! I've seen many people try to give the experience that he does, but nobody compares to Matt M!!!

Best Buy seems to have adapted well to the changing "anti-bricks and mortar" world. Staff is very knowledgeable.

Friendly staff, decent selection. Pickups are ready rather quickly. Not super busy.

I drive 40 minutes just to shop at this location. Andoni and the team are fantastic. Also, this is a very clean and organized store. I definitely recommend if you are in the market for some new electronics and equipment.

Amazing Service. I went in on 9/15/22, and went to geek squad to get an estimate on a new computer screen, since no other shops were willing to repair it. After getting the estimate, we decided it would just be best to buy a new computer. While I'm the process, the geek squad representative, talked me through everything including the protection plan, and even tried to get me the best deal that he could om the laptop. In the end their speed, and service was excellent.

One of the best decisions I made was to take my PC in to the Geek Squad. They treated me and my equipment with respect. I have the Best Buy Totaltech protection plan and the diagnostics was fully covered.
Great service and great staff.

Very customer oriented and friendly, plus they are IT subject matter experts.
