AT&T Store

I visited the Brighton, MI location on Grand River and received excellent service from Timothy! He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and provided great advice! I will definitely be back.

Best customer service in the Howell/Brighton area. Timothy was especially helpful in getting an account issue resolved that the phone customer service could not do for months. Very competent and understanding of how to communicate to help solve issues for customers. Thank you.

We have had the most fabulous helpful polite friendly amazing customer service on multiple occasions with CHRIS YATES. He has helped us through all kinds of complications with our late father’s accounts, with the utmost patience and clarity, going out of his way to explain and do as much as he could on his own in store. Every time he has “made our day”. He deserves every commendation from the company! Kudos also go to Timothy who was our first point of contact and was very kind and helpful.

I went in and had was trying to lower my bill and Hunter helped me out and got me switched over and I love the coverage and his customer service was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The representative (I forgot his name) was absolutely amazing! Clone that guy! No hassle at all!

I went in today with a mess of a request. I left Verizon after decades due to their lack of service. Chris helped me out and definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything went without a hitch! I had to move 4 phones with some unique issues with models and compatibility. At one point he was on two phones plus the computer. Glad he was there and had the knowledge to get me setup. Thanks Chris!

We had one of the best customer service experiences ever! We worked with Drew from the Brighton AT&T store and he was kind, patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable about his product. This was the second time I’ve ever had to buy a cell phone and it couldn’t have been any easier! Thank you for providing great service Drew. We will definitely be back and we will definitely refer Drew to our friends and family!

Joey and Timothy were so helpful and patient in getting us set up. We had a complicated situation with a broke phone and wanting to change providers. They were very creative and resourceful in getting us set up when nobody else could. After many unsuccessful calls and chats with other people it was Joey and Timothy who saved the day! Friendly and professional they exceeded my expectations!

Chris was great: so funny and helpful. The Green Oak location has always been slow and….less helpful. But this location was fast, knowledgeable, and super-helpful. Thanks to Chris for the help and great service! I’ve never enjoyed a trip to AT&T more!

Chris was AMAZING!!! Helped my 2 boys and I purchase a new iphone and upgrade 2 others. He was so patient and explained/taught us everything and more about what we needed to know about our phones! Definitely recommend!!

Joey helped me set up my new S20 Ultra and wow is it a great phone! Service is great and free HBO Max definitely a plus. Setting up the new phone and trading in my old phone was super easy. I had some trouble bringing my number over from another carrier, but Joey got it resolved for me in a snap. Drew was also very helpful when assisting me in deciding which phone to get. Thanks guys!

I stopped by this AT&T store to get a new sim card and switch over to AT&T. I was helped by Jacob and later Ben (after I got some needed information from my former carrier). Both employees were very helpful, welcoming, and informative. They both seemed to be that perfect balance between personable and professional that all employers look for! 😊

Ben ended up being the primary service representative to help me and I could not be more grateful to him. I am a bit wary of technology and sales people in general, so his patience, understanding, and ability to answer (or find an answer) to all my questions was incredibly comforting.

Went to this store recently and was blown away with the service. Drew took the time to walk me through the details of my current plan, explain other options, compare and contrast various phone models and give me a tutorial around the Apple Watch. We came in to the ATT store and was warmly greeted by Drew he helped us buy 3 new phones and save money! He explained everything very nicely and was very informative! We highly recommend him! Thank you Drew!!

Tim took care of all my problems and I had a lot of problems.
I had tried to port my number from Sprint at the end of April & they had me all twisted up but Tim at the Brighton store got me all fixed up & I walked out happy.

Had a great experience switching from another carrier to AT&T. Eric was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. He answered all of our questions and made our switching process smooth. Highly recommend going to see him for your services!

After an awful experience at the Howell store location, we drove the extra time to come to Brighton’s location hoping we’d have better customer care, thankfully we did! We got greeted by Drew, who gave us masks that were actual masks and helped us out with all of our needs, and even got our bill lowered each month! He was working solo that day and killed it! No complaints here! I’ll never return to howells location again, but I’ll be coming back to Brighton’s thanks to Drew!
