Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was just here and I could tell each and every employee was trying their best with everything. They were all very helpful and nice to us. An employees mood comes almost 100% from the customer. I understand how hard these jobs are. From the look of it, it may not be hard but give them a break for the love of everything! They’re doing their best! And probably not getting paid enough for it.

This is my local Chipotle I go almost every day for lunch. The manager Chris is EXCEPTIONAL. I am a business owner and the owner of this location needs to know how professional and skilled Chris is. He handles every issue promptly and manages his team very well. I have years of management experience and he is someone I'd gladly hire to work for me. There were several times where young employees would get confused or frustrated and he remained calm and guided them properly. They noticeably felt better after Chris helped them. I've also seen Chris handle huge orders while a long line is waiting. He's fast, accurate and professional with customers. Great job Chris you deserve a bonus brother! I'll be a lifetime customer!

This location on Grand River only had three workers and the guy named Tory was newer. He was so sweet and just had a wonderful attitude despite it being busy. I just wanted to give him recognition for being a great employee.

LITERALLY MY FAVORITE PLACE EVER. Our server corey was so sweet and attentive. The only male server in there lol. He was so sweet and so helpful with everything and got us everything we needed and even put on the michigan state basketball game for us!!! Will be coming back and asking for him!!!!!

They were short staff but still moved through my long order very quickly. Juan is very friendly and top notch. I was impressed all the way around!

Juan was on the line today and made such a perfect bowl! Super big portions! Not only were the portions great but the food itself was delicious. I used to be a manager at Chipotle so I know top tier quality when I taste it. Whoever made the chips today (5/10/23) was killin’ it! So good. This place doesn’t get enough credit. It’s hard work managing/working at a chipotle and there’s only so much employees can do about corporate issues. Again, I had a great experience today! Thanks, Juan!

This Chipotle is located in a great location in Brighton. I stop here pretty often to pick up app orders of burritos mostly. My app orders are ready on time or shortly after if I place an order during a busy time of day. The food is comparable to other Chipotle locations and the quality is consistent.

Ellie and Jacob gave me a great experience full of great laughs and customer service. Two outstanding workers, was greeted as I walked in and got my food very quickly. The food was delicious as well!

Really enjoyed their chips. Our burrito and bowl were very good.

Jacob is the best cashier that the known universe has ever seen. He’s so good at making transactions should be trading stocks on the NYSE. Erin is like Gordon Ramsay if Gordon Ramsay was an awesome person and worked at Chipotle. Colby also cooks like a pro and the chicken and rice are always fresh. BRO IS COOKING ‼🗣🗣🗣 Don’t go anywhere else for your deepest Taco, Burrito, or Bowl desires.

This location is almost always understaffed, but they find a way yo make it work without compromising customer service or food quality.

Friendly staff at this location. They were very fast to clean tables and go out of their way to keep every little scrap of straw wrapper picked up. Really clean.

I placed a catering order for pick up at 4 on 1/8, to my surprise and the night manager..they didn't have it. I was slightly shocked but I'm a roll with the punches kind of gal so I let him figure it out and to my delight he started making the order right away and was super transparent on what happened and that he would be having a conversation with his morning manager who was suppose to inform him of the order.

Things may have not been right but Chipotle did everything to make it correct and that will win my business time and the again!

First time eating here and it was delicious!! Definitely going back. Had a steak bowl. Next time trying a burrito. The kid working was patient and kind to us and explained everything.

Today I had a bowl with the new steak. It was absolutely delicious. The employees were very helpful and friendly! A very enjoyable lunch. You should try it.

It's Chipotle. It's always good. Plus, the staff here is amazing. I frequent this place all the time and they kind of know me. After about my twentieth visit, my card stopped working because my money clip had broken the magnetic strip and the staff told me it was on them because I'm a regular and a loyal customer. Honestly, it's only made me go more. And now, it isn't just for the food. The staff is wonderful.

Favorite location in the area. Very clean and good to see the employees put the effort into washing hands and using gloves! That's something in particular that I take notice to when eating out. Nice job! Plus the ingredients seem to be fresh and hot no matter the time of day.

Great Chipotle location. The Restaurant has always been very clean whenever I’ve gone there. It’s not quite as big as some of the other Chipotle locations, but that’s probably because of the area that it is in. The staff have always been very friendly to me. The food has probably been on the better side compared to most Chipotle locations.
