Wong Express House

They always make the best Hunan Chicken, all the food is amazing. I've been coming here for over 10 years and they've never messed up a single order, seriously never. The fried rice is 10/10 and the staff is so friendly as well. They remember my moms name and it makes her really happy everytime they remember her usual order. They're sweet and family owned, and the prices are great. This is literally the only Chinese place you'll ever need if you live in the area, and if you're visiting definitely give it a try!

Always pleased with our meals . We usually get Mongolian beef extra spicy, sweet & sour chicken, shrimp with garlic vegetables & wonton soup. Dinner is always hot and ordering & pick up is easy & usually quick.

I’ve eaten a TON of Chinese food, this would be in my top 3 all time. Portion size was huge and the quality of food was spectacular.

I’ve had Wong’s take out, normally the sweet and sour chicken with vegetable fried rice, at least once every couple of months over the last 2 years and it has always been delicious. Today, it was over the top exceptional! Hot, fresh tasting and ready in a timely manner! I’m someone who usually ends up feeling icky after Chinese and I have never once felt that way eating here. 10/10 would recommend!

This is by far the best Chinese restaurant in the area! The way they fry the chicken dishes is perfection. Lo mein tastes how it should. I have never been disappointed here.

Always great food, I never ordered anything I did not like. The service is fast, friendly and all around professional. Great family business that deserves to be highly recommended.

I always get Chicken Rice Noodle and Chicken with Broccoli combo dinner and Ive gone to other Chinese restaurants and I have to say that this place is the best!!! when their packed and in a hurry to get other orders done since its only 2 of them cooking (that I've seen) they still make a delicious meal and give a good size portion even with take out. This is the go to place when in the mood for AWESOME Chinese food to go!

Just moved to Brighton and we've been looking for a new Chinese restaurant. This is literally the first Chinese place my wife and I have agreed on after 6 years. The food at Wong Express is fantastic, everything came out hot, as ordered, and even had extra food. Can't recommend enough, we will be back!

Great food, friendly staff, very quick and the quality of the food is top notch for American Chinese cuisine! My favorite in the Brighton, Howell, or Hartland area. Great place for a quick bite of food. Prices are better than others in the area.

Great Chinese eat in or carry out. I love the drive through, they are always super fast! I find it extremely convienent to for quick stops, being located just off of old 23 and Grand river. This is one of the only Chinese food restaurants in Brighton that I can successfully order and eat my lunch within my half hour lunch break. I usually get the Generals Chicken spiced medium and my wife loves the Pepper chicken mild (yes,you can request spicing to your taste). The staff is always friendly and quick to serve/cook our meals.

My family and I just tired Wong Express tonight, and while it can be a little spendy (ordered through door dash) the portions and taste well make up for it. We ordered 3 fried appetizers and you could actually taste the ingredients with out the over powering taste of grease. I myself am a big eater (bigger plate 2 appetizers and a large drink from panda express) and I didn't even finish half of my food from Wong but boy did I want to keep eating. All and all if you are in the area and looking for some good Chinese food skip panda and go to Wong express. I can not stress how good this place is.

( 4 months ago) Came back after 10 months, Good Food, but PLEASE when a customer orders Extra Spicy, give then at least Spicy or if your afraid they can't handle it, give them a container of hot oil for Free, PLEASE.

Bring the Heat Please when asked for.

( 1 1/2 years ago) Wanted to place an order today, went online and saw the New prices, WOW, way overpriced. Good food but not for what they now charge, I went some place else in town. To me, they have priced themselves out of my range.

( this was a review from 3 years ago)I tried it again, great portions, etc. .....reviews are correct, so far best in Brighton and area. Excellent size portions, dumplings, egg rolls are 10 stars, and they actually make it extra spicy like requested. The BEST Lo Mein around !!!!! Best pork fried rice around, plenty of pork, 5 stars

The food here was amazing. We got a take out order for the first time. The portions were good, food was hot and tasty. The lo mein had a great mix of noddles, veggies, and chicken. Egg rolls were also amazing! Would definitely recommend!

I've been coming here for over 7 years, the food is always excellent.

The staff is very friendly and will recognize you quickly if you drop in once in a while. Most importantly they are FAST! My order is always accurate, fresh & hot. Sometimes I dine in, sometimes I carry out. The quality of the food is always great.

They are happy to let you mix and match things on their menu which makes things fun. I've never had a bad experience here, and I'm placing an order the second I finish this review.

Update: Fall, 2023. apparently new owner who was very rude, maybe he was just nervous, i'll give him another chance...

The owner was so polite at the drive thru window.Our food was hot and I drove 30minutes home from Brighton to Dexter . They had our order right and the good was good. I will for sure order from Wongs again!
