Anza Branch Library

Very beautiful building with high ceilings and character and kept very clean inside and outside. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful to me. Not a huge selection of books on the shelves, but that’s not how we use libraries nowadays.

Please stopped into this branch to see if they had some bookmarks in. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They also helped the question about language books. This isn't my nearby branch, and so they were helpful with getting oriented in this unfamiliar branch. The building is spectacular and has some beautiful details like the ceilings. We also checked out the back garden area though we didn't stay. It looked pretty cool in that you could hang out there and it had some good direct sunlight.

This 17th branch of San Francisco Public Library system is a typical community branch library. It doesn't have a large volume of collection but it serves the surrounding neighborhood as a collection to the whole library system, internet access and all kinds of activities.

When I visit, it is quiet, clean, and no homeless. But it may be noisy after school as it is next to Lafayette Elementary School.

It has a decent local history collection but a few books' call number are confusing.

I love this library. 5 stars for the nostalgia but also because it’s one of my favorite libraries in San Francisco . The staff here are always friendly and helpful always helpful. They have a divided sections for children and adults. This library is really clean and well maintained. The bathroom are clean as well.

Cozy neighborhood library. Not large, but with a good children's room (great selection of board books!) and solid adult fiction and non-fiction sections. The old wooden tables are a nice place to study.

Even when was closed we have the chance to sit outside on the grass and have lunch. Then we (me, my husband and my twins) went to explore and check it throws the window ;) it was fun.
