Prices are on the high side, but they have good quality with most fruit 🍉 🍎 & vegetables 🌶. Fresh tamales by the register daily.

Owners are a lovely family and very accommodating. We drop in daily for produce and basic food stuffs, and are always greeted with a smile. They carry most things except what you’d get at a butcher shop. My toddler adores Jose.

Balboa Produce is my go-to grocer and it will be as long as I live in Outer Richmond! The produce is always fresh and the shelves are stocked with all your essential needs. Jose, the nice gentleman who runs the shop, is incredibly kind and resourceful - and offers some damn good tamales.

It’s a great feeling to know that during these terrible times Balboa produce is open and there for our community serving fresh and healthy foods day-in and day-out.

Great neighborhood grocery store to swing by if you need something quick. Small but great mix of most things you might need and a surprisingly great rotating beer selection as well

Great little place. Family owned and run. Constantly updating their inventory to adapt with the neighborhood. Has a decent selection of both organic and less processed products along with more mainstream stuff. Love this place!

Great neighborhood produce market. They have a solid fruit and vegetable selection and some unexpected things like almond milk and local granola. They DO accept credit cards.
