Great personal service at CVS pharmacy on 32nd Ave!

I’ve had nothing both but positive experiences at this pharmacy. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff have always been more than helpful, even with complicated issues and my patient requests. I highly recommend them except for their slightly higher prices. Walgreens is cheaper but I’ve sometimes used Good Rx coupons instead of them billing my horrible Medicare insurance. If you have a set co pay with your insurance, no problem. I dislike the Walgreens on Geary and 17th which is closer to me because of the riff raff that hangs out there.

Great customer service! When I walked in, I was greeted by the store manager who personally walked me to all the items I needed to purchase. The cashier was also friendly and helpful. This store is fully stocked unlike other pharmacies I have been to in the neighborhood. Very easy parking too. Will return.

All the staff, especially Bridgett and May, at Pharmacy are very nice, professional and helpful! Best experience from a Pharmacy store.

The CVS crew works as a team and ALWAYS has my back. If I forget to refill something, they call me to double check. Refill expired, no problem. They called my doctor and had it taken care of within two hours. Excellent customer service and communication. Can't ask for much more!

The store next to it looks kind of abandoned, but this CVS has a great selection, and great service. This is the CVS HQ for this part of San Francisco, and you can find the district manager here if need be.

I have been coming to CVS for years now and recently with the addition of the manager Drew Barry and Kathy the cashier things at this location have been amazing!

I love how they have discounts and extra cash for members.

Went to get passport photos. He was friendly, quick, and took perfect photos. Great service!
