Wish I could give 100 stars to Mr. Jade & his CB2 team! We had an AMAZING experience with him shopping for our house that needed basically everything!! Ended up placing a big order because Mr Jade was so kind, helpful and resourceful and took the time to explain everything to us. He is very knowledgable and is very talented when it comes to design and customer service. Would 100% come back to this store and shop again, because of all his efforts & assistance! I bought a dining table here, and there were issues with the delivery, assembly and the product came damaged. Throughout all of this, the manager (John) worked with me to make sure that we found a solution to each and every problem that made me happy. I would definitely order from this store again!

I would initially give this company a low star but then I spoke with Lindsey Marks and Megan Gasparich who put in every effort to make things right for me! I had to run around and pretty much beg for an order to be placed- idk why they didnt want to place my order and get money! after numerous days of trying, it finally got placed and then there were way more issues with the order. Just glad that Lindsey and Megan took care of me after a lot of hours of wait and days of running around.

Responsive and helpful sales reps who made my curbside pickup experience such a breeze. It has boosted my confidence to shop CB2 online and pick up by the curbside. Save on shipping, too!

Of all the furniture chains that are affordable to millennials, I think this one is the best. I shopped for 2 weeks before finding the perfect sleeper sofa, coffee table, and table. I even got a punky painting. Very friendly staff and they deliver and assemble for you for $99

More furniture focuses than Crate & Barrel but you can find some nice glassware and dishes. The store is spaced out well so it is easy to distance from others.

I'd like to put a very positive remark here for Kristina L. here at the Cb2 downtown SF. Kristina helped us to pick our sofa there and during the whole process she was very patient and professional. Thank you Kristina!

Beautiful but only a fraction of Crate & Barrel, worth remembering they may not have whole categories of what you’re looking for.

i had a delivery issue that store manager JOHN resolved to my satisfaction. Furniture from CB2 and Crate and Barrel is first rate.
