I had to be "that person" and ended up coming in just a few minutes before closing. Despite this, Janell was kind and awesome and did a great job helping me finish my job. Tommy was kind as well, but Janell totally put a smile on my face! Definitely recommend this location

My friend and I had an entire pickup truck of odd sized electronics that we needed to ship quickly, and got turned down at 2 other locations. When we found Yan at this FedEx, he helped create some custom packaging solutions for us and really saved the day. Legendary customer service - please give this man a bonus!

Located on the corner of Paces Ferry Road and Cumberland Parkway in Cobb County. Close to Cumberland Mall, Chattahoochee river and right off of I-285 exit 18.
Lot of stationary, supplies and equipment for most of your printing and shipping needs. Direct FedEx location and plenty of parking. Conveniently located and easy access from most parts of Vinings, Buckhead, Smyrna and parts of Fulton & Cobb counties. Polite, friendly and courteous staff.

10/10 customer service at this location - I had to ship my bicycle across the country and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and patient despite it taking MUCH longer than any of us anticipated to disassemble the bike for shipping. Michael the assistant manager was especially helpful!

This is the only FedEx I will use. I have had really lovely experiences all three times I’ve used it. Customer service is great. The people are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Kurt and the team at this FedEx location are more than great. I know I was discussing a lot of information with them, and had a quick turnaround time needed for my print job - and they MADE IT HAPPEN! They are very informed, detail oriented and professional. And the location is amazingly convenient. Thank you for being awesome at what you do!

I had some issues with color on my printing job. They were about to close, but Michael said he would be there the next day and would have it reprinted and ready for me. I said I had an early meeting and needed to pick it up right at opening. I arrived 7 minutes before opening; he saw me outside and brought it out. Major kudos, thank you Michael!

Kurt, the Store Manager, handled my project with care and efficiency. When I came in he was diligently handling a customer call on the phone. I feel like every time I come into this store and work with Kurt, he goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done. He is hard-working and focused. It’s no wonder he’s the store manager! To the higher-ups, Kurt is STELLAR and I am personally lobbying for him to be rewarded for all his amazing work!

Already given them a review, but it's been awhile. I've been visiting this location for several years. The staff changes, naturally, but they consistently hire friendly and professional people. I always have a pleasant experience, even if there's a wait line. You're going to wait in line anywhere, but it's refreshing to be next, and the experience is a positive one. Better than waiting just to be treated rudely. Recommend!

Alan is the best! I’ve had a very difficult time over the past week putting my hands on an important package that is running late. I’ve spoken with FedEx Customer Service four times, and didn’t have any luck. Alan at this FedEx location just helped me get some real information in about five minutes. I felt like my time and experience genuinely mattered to Alan, and he treated me like a person rather than a tracking number. He even offered to personally call me back if he found anything else out about my package. I’m very impressed and will be working with this location for my business needs for this point forward. Highly recommend.

The customer service is very good. They use professional cameras to take passport size pictures unlike CVS or Walgreens.

I enjoy this place when I need just 1 or 2 pages printed quickly. I've never had to wait for a computer, and the set up is very fool proof so you don't waste your time and money trying to figure out how to print. I usually spend $1-$2 for the time used on the computer and my printed pages. Kyle roommate used them to print out power point slides for a class lecture and it cost her $9. So definitely recommend for short quickie jobs only.

This place is the best. It is 7:20pm on a Saturday night, I walked right in. I was greeted kindly and the staff helped me out quickly. I did not catch the guys name but he had long dreads and a sweet smile. Super Friendly and great personality

I have just got to say thank you so much to Rashad M. at this location! What a life saver. After getting bad service by another sign company and them closing for the weekend and not sending me the proof or items I needed, I called FedEx at this location. This man was great. He designed my stuff in hours and stayed an hour late printing them for me! Great Service! They will have my business now.

Everyone I've encountered here is really friendly and helpful! I've come at all odd hours of the night to last min get something printed, and they've turned stress and anxiety into the service that I needed.

I'd encourage anyone to stop by this location, because vs UPS and USPS offices, this place is such a pleasure to go into and doesn't feel like a chore.

I ran into a bit of a snag with my graphic designer but Rashad, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me fix the issue and make sure my banner was printed properly. He showed good old fashion great customer service! Visit this store for all your printing needs!

I received great service from Daphne today. She helped me with lamination and cutting. The equipment was foreign to me, it was good to have her there to help walk me through the process. Thank you for your good customer service.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Jean out of the Paces Ferry Fedex/Kinko's location. My office needed 3 retractable banners for an upcoming conference. Jean was very knowledgeable about what I needed to provide him with in order to get the best results. He responded timely to my emails and got the job finished before my deadline. I will definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them to others!
