Sonic Drive-In

I’ve worked in this plaza for 2 years now and this was the first time I had a good experience. The lady at the window gave great customer service and I could actually hear her over the intercom. I just got an ocean water so I can’t give a full review on the food, but my drink was cold and delicious.

Great friendly staff, Food was prepared fresh and brought out hot. Reasonable prices!!

The customer service was great, and of course, so were the slushies and grilled cheese sandwich! There was a gentleman power washing the parking lot and patio, and everything was very clean.

After all of the horrible reviews I almost didn't take my kids here. However, we found the staff to be super nice and fast. The kid's food was cooked perfectly and my drink was excellent.

Tonio the assistant manager went above and beyond his job to make me and my family happy. He smiled, he was patient, and he didn’t get angry not one time at my complaints and we drove off happy and smiling. Thank you Tonio for that EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My service was fast and food was great. Patrick was very personable and took time to explain the the differences in drinks. The teller was clear and quick. Great turn around

A year ago: (6/2018)This place is so poorly managed. I've been twice, the first time took 30 minutes for my order. The second time, I went to two different stalls thinking the first was broken. Finally went through the drive-thru. Terrible service.

Not a lot to say about Sonics. I kinda think you like drive in food or you don't. It is nothing spectacular but it is usually consistently good. I personally love their cheddar peppers and their hot dogs. Their other food is good too just keep your expectations realistic and remember it IS a chain drive in. I like it.

Ok enough for the food ....

This chain is absolute heaven for drinks of all kinds. Their real fruit lemonades are to die for. It's the Mecca of drive in beverages. Go check it out and be adventurous when you order your drinks!

First, the food--GREAT. Next the service. I thought 💭 it was gonna be a bad experience. But one of the other crew members took control and resolve the matter in an amicable manner. And he received a decent tip for going a bit out of his way to step up to the plate when he noticed it was a "foul ball." So he hit a "HOME RUN" to save the team from a lose.

Took forever to get my food (we were the only car) but when the worker came out.. she apologized immediately and bought us free drinks. Made up for it

I had a great experience at this Sonic location. There is a staff member by the name of Andre who went above and beyond to help me with my diet restrictions on the menu. Thank for Andre for your patience and customer service!! Greatly appreciated! Merry Christmas!!

My daughter and I were headed back to Stone Mountain and wanted something sweet so we stopped by Sonic. Once we pulled up we noticed that there were barely any open spots so we settled for drive thru since it was only 2 cars waiting. We ordered some food as well as A Sonic blast and Slushy. The young lady that served us at the window was very nice and accommodating. They were quite busy so she apologized for the delay due to it being Happy Hour and personally made my Sonic Blast due to it being what we had waited on. I'd wait again honestly because that was the best Sonic Blast I'd ever had.. I won't disclose the young lady's name because I'm contacting corporate about her great customer service. Yet I will definitely be back to this

At this Sonic location, the servers are pleasant. It's a laid back vibe, and the food is delicious. The drive-in service is a little bit slower, and you have to be mindful of the hours of operation. Otherwise, great.

My server was a your guy, I think his name was Ronnie. He was awesome, great personality. Stayed back as far as his arms could reach, kept his mask on but I could still tell he was smiling behind it. Food was great. Very enjoyable.

Nice service from a young lady working, i didn't get her name, i had hot pepper poppers and a fresh fruit slushie lol it was so good.

I love going to Sonic, but I haven't been to one this nice in years. Great service, bright and clean parking area. You can park or use the drive through. Either way, the food was fun and the atmosphere even better. If you love Sonic, this is the one for you.

Wad the first customer of the day, food was hot and delicious. The person running the drive thru told me ahead of time that it would be a couple minutes on my food, and told me that he could refill my drink if needed when my food was ready, great customer service!

All of our food was great. Service was Timely. I don't like that I ordered four meals I only got two peppermints, and I had to tell my children no one can get one cuz not enough for everyone.
