Everybody that works in this store is so nice and patient even when the people that are coming there to mail packages or return packages or to get things printed they’re always so polite and kind & professional.

UPS has been a great service and very reliable all these years. I feel comfortable having my mail and packages sent here because I know they’ll be in good hands.

These guys are great. I do photocopies and ship from here. The copiers always work, there’s little or no line, the folks at the counter are always friendly. (It’s the anti-post office experience)

I went in today with my elderly mom and the staff and other customers could not have been any more kind and accommodating. We had a short wait and so a staff member and a customer set up a chair so mom wouldn’t have to stand. When it was our turn, the staff member came to where my mom was so she wouldn’t have to move far. When it came time for us to leave, they carefully kept an eye on mom and walked her out to the car while I pulled it around.

They really touched my spirit with their kindness and I thank you all so very much!

The Location I have my mailbox is a family run location and they are always accommodating and nice.

Chris and Dante are amazing. They always go above and beyond to help clear up any misunderstandings. They as well, always make you feel welcomed in the store. I feel secure knowing that my incoming mail and packages are safe with this location. Thank you for the years of outstanding customer service.

I came in this store and while waiting in line, some privileged man decided to come in the and skip myself and those behind me with no regard. He decided to make his own line. It was evident What he was trying to do, Dante(Donte) handled the situation very professionally and made sure that all of his customers were taken care of in the order we all came in. Every time I visit this store, they are efficient, move quickly, and make sure they get the job done. Kudos to Dante for making our experience a positive one.

I love my UPS Store! They are the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered. Being right across the way from the competition, I always prefer to use THIS location because of the level of service. There has not been a problem they have not been willing to help me solve. Sometimes without cost! Highly recommend!

Best UPS Store in Atlanta excellent customer service and they have the best staff, we greet each other by name. I have been using their services for about 10+ years. I moved to Alpharetta for 4 years then back to Cobb county but maintained my mailbox services with them the entire time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! A+A++

I've been a happy customer for at least nine years. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Not only does everyone there know me by name, but they know my voice (I call a lot lol). The customer service is great! I highly recommend their service.

Excellent customer service.. I had to send some official documents to the government office with a prepaid return envelope.. This is my first time doing it, so was nervous but the staff was very patient enough to explain the complete procedure and handled the request with great care.He made my day. Thank you
