Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went there today with a gift card and the cashier could not get it to work. She went above and beyond and called corporate. When corporate could not figure it out, she gave me my meal for free. It's very unusual these days to have somebody put in such an effort for the customer. I really appreciate it and will definitely return to this location. Thank you for being so professional!

I had an order from Uber eats gone wrong. The manager on 10/11 night shift was absolutely amazing and made sure to keep his customer happy. He explained how the mistake may have happened but was extremely understanding anyway and was very helpful and handled the situation With professionalism and grace. Thank you for having him as a leader for your organization.

Before today I had NEVER received good service at a Popeyes. Ever! The men you have on staff today were courtesy, patient, and super accommodating and friendly. Please keep them happy. I stopped coming to Popeyes for years because the customer service was so bad. Will definitely be back to this location.

I received the best customer service at a drive thru window in a long time. Not sure of the young man's name. But I felt some southern hospitality in his voice.

Chicken tenders are always so good. Also tried their fish sandwich. It was amazing.

First time eating a chicken sandwich.. it's pretty good 👍. But I eat it plain so it's just a sandwich. But good. The drive thru was pretty busy but was quick. It's definitely different one of a kind..!!!!

Popeyes' new chicken wings are the best chicken wings I have ever had!!! And their chicken sandwich ain't bad either!!!

So happy to see the dining room open!! Walked in was greeted right away, the gentleman at the counter was lovely and the food came out so fast!! Wonderful experience!

The food is always good but the wait times can be extremely long. I don't think it's their fault. Our city is growing too fast. We don't have enough restaurants so there are always long wait times pretty much everywhere you go.

Lot of employees seemed to not want to be there. Slow service, bad management. Food was awesome!!!

They really knows how to season their chicken,just run out of side items, need to do inventory on things sold the most and ordered more of those items Thanks for dinner last night

The young woman who took my order was genuinely a pleasure with whom to deal. She offered efficient service with a smile. Good job management for hiring such a professional cashier.

A month ago if you would’ve asked if I would recommend this store to anyone I would have laughed in your face. They used to not care, they used to have you sitting in the drive thru for an hour. Until one night I blew up on this manager and guess what he listened and it has been easy to get an order ever since. Preston listened to me about my complaint and instead of going yea whatever, he has made a HUGE difference not only in their drive time but also their service. Thank you Preston.

Our food was fresh, yummy and they had a cajan rice!!!! The general man and young lady who helped me at the counter were sweet, greeted me with a smile and was happy to help. It’s not very often you get a great fast food experience. Keep up the great work!

Service was very slow...cook outside smoking and product/orders needed items. Just crazy

The best experience we have had there in quite a while. Food was hot and tasty. Caleb was our server. Great young man. Courteous and personable. The manager was awesome too. So glad I tried them again.

This is the best Popeye's location I have visited yet. Super clean, the food is hot, fresh and served quickly at the drive thru by friendly people. Napkins, straws and all the "accessories" aren't forgotten.

There's no Oliveoil....but really good spicy fried chicken, beans and rice. Don't forget the sweet tea. Jayden was a lot of help. Got me more chicken on a family deal they had running I didn't know about.
