While on my travel home after a long, rough day of work (bosses am I right!), I decided that I would pick up my favorite snack, Doritos crushed into a fine powder spread over a bed of whipped cream, from this Walgreens. Upon entering the establishment, I was met with a wave of hospitality from a hardworking young buck named Charlie Kirk who kindly led me to the Doritos and whipped cream. This interaction with Charlie really brightened my day. What a helpful young lad!

As usual I got everything I needed from Walgreens. After becoming homeless & losing everything we own, my sister & I, were GRATEFUL to be able to find things that we needed at Walgreens, IMMEDIATELY. As women, it's important to have our toiletries, health, & beauty stuff as well. I've been a loyal Walgreens shopper for ages, in every state I've lived. I get what I need & looking for here. Walgreens, Never Fails!

I was only in the store for maybe 5-7 minutes. But what turned my bad morning into a good day for a 14 hour shift at work I was heading into to? Was the shift lead, Ms. Nicole helping me find something I couldn’t seem to find anywhere after searching for three minutes. She told me that she had never seen them before but she definitely found them for me after not only telling me the aisle but walking me over and searching another aisle while I searched another. Yes, it’s her “job” and blah blah but she stopped what she was doing immediately to help me find something she wasn’t sure they had and she was very cheerful and lovely. It was a nice change of pace. I got to the register and I didn’t catch her name, greeted me so cheerfully.. I told her I had two transactions and she said no problem and during my second transaction, I was getting a little anxious because it was taking a little long and there was a long line forming. She reassured me that it was perfectly fine and I helped her out sorta, and then told me we are going to do this together. This is definitely the best Walgreens I’ve been to in a long while. Thank you guys so much!

After a hard day of work, I thought to myself, what would make me happy on my way home. I drove by the local Walgreens and thought to myself, I don't have enough dogs in the fridge. You see, I like dogs, one of my favorite all time foods. After speaking to an associate, "Charlie Kirk" working at this establishment I had an epiphany. I can have all the dogs at great prices from this store. I started buying up as many as I could of all sorts. Charlie began to recommend different assortments of meats and I can only say that I am now indebted to this great individual. After the first initial recommendations, I thought to myself, why limit myself to simple dogs, and I told Charlie that I am now here to treat myself. He kindly showed me to the ice cream isle and I was able to purchase myself a couple of the only and best flavors known to man. Both Vanilla and Chocolate ice cream. After my purchases I was ecstatic, I can finally have a cooked dog and some cool ice cream at the same time, an unlikely but tasty combination. All this is thanks to the kind gentleman "Charlie Kirk". You have my thanks and my five star rating. Keep up the good work and keep recommending some assorted meats to every passerby.

It was odd at first catching a glimpse of so many positive reviews about this location in the past few days, especially the ones mentioning the employee Charlie Kirk. I thought “maybe new management’s trying to get the ball rolling on positive reviews by bringing in some fresh faces who are dedicated to improving quality of service.”

I’ve been going to this location for quite a while now. Issues that other people have left reviews on—lack of full stock, poor pharmacy customer service or waiting times, overall dissatisfaction with the store’s cosmetics—these are issues I have experienced myself (slowly but surely, they are seeing improvements…)

It was, however, a little surprising to actually be greeted by Charlie while in the store, who eagerly helped me find the things I was looking for and then promptly floated around to other customers in need of assistance. His manner of speech was very respectful and I heard many “sir”s and “ma’am”s from Charlie while I was finishing up shopping.

This location truly has a needle-in-a-haystack of an employee. I hope to see workers like Charlie more each time I come back to this Walgreens. Props to Charlie!

Courtney, the pharmacist with a Heart!
I am in still in disbelief on the level of service that was exemplified by this Walgreens Pharmacy/Pharmacist - Courtney. I had visited the doctor last week and was told that I needed to get back on my high blood pressure and other meds, immediately. Presently, I'm in between insurance coverages. Previously, I was able to get some help with the cost of the meds. The doctor's office told me to head to the pharmacy to pick up what I needed. During the time of processing the prescriptions, the supplemental care wasn't available and supposedly, warranted additional information from me and the physician. The pharmacist got on the phone, stating that she would like to help since I was already there; and, she could see that there was a similar process before. She talked to at least three different people in at least 20 minutes of time. Mind you, she didn't have to do this . She could have very well shared that I needed additional method(s) of payment and return when that happens. What was special is that she was getting pharmacy calls coming in back to back, which the pharmacy tech was answering . Interestingly, she started to pass on information through the tech that didn't warrant anything more than yes or no answers, and those calls that included pertinent information, she would get the tech to hold the (phone)call she was on for me so she wouldn't lose her place, (while she took care of the calls at hand). By this time, I had to get the pharmacist's name. So, the next time she came around to give me an update, I was more interested in taking a good glimpse of her name tag. Courtney is a true example of a medical professional with a heart. Although, I had more information to provide before I could get some help, I felt like I had been served, extraordinarily. It's an out the ordinary experience in today's world where no one has patience and if convenience is not involved, most of us tend not to want to deal with it. Prior to this visit, I had moved further away from this area and the physician had sent the prescriptions here . I'm happy that she did. I will continue to shop at this Walgreens location, where the spirit of servitude is evident. God bless this pharmacist, that she will never leave behind this great spirit of empathy that she possesses. We are preparing a letter for the corporate office, as well. Suffice to say, a "huge" thank you to Walgreens' Pharmacist, Courtney @ 2498 Cumberland Pkwy.

Service was prompt when I entered to purchase two white monsters and a car air freshener. One of the Customer Sales Associates, Charlie, greeted me with enthusiasm as he was diligently replacing the price tags. The service at check out was quick, and I left satisfied soon thereafter.

I mostly come here to pick up my prescriptions in the drive through from the pharmacy. Almost every time Dennis greets me with a smile and is very kind and efficient when I’m picking up my medicine. I love knowing what to expect when I have a regular routine and a friendly pharmacist makes everything much easier even though it might be a mundane task! Thanks Walgreens Pharmacy and Dennis!

Charming young sales associate, Charlie K handled a 14 person queue in about 4 minutes. He was the most mature store clerk that I can recall encountering in my life. He kept a smile on his face the entire time and I left the store sad that I had to go. Will be returning soon.

I don't normally take the time to write customer reviews, but yesterday I stopped at Walgreens to pick up some lubricant. This is something I do somewhat frequently, and normally it's very awkward to ask for help finding what you need. Its really a shame, but this is just the reality I have come to expect, and so I usually (even in cases where I would like help) neglect to ask for help. This particular day though, I was browsing the aisles and I noticed that a very well mannered and enthusiastic employee was helping customers left and right. Each person that spoke to him would leave with a satisfied look on their face within moments. From his kind and outgoing aura, I could tell that Charlie K. (whos name I requested after receiving help from him) was an employee that I could ask for help freely. Upon asking him where to find the specific lubricant I wanted to use, Charlie promptly assisted me in locating the section and he even went on to give me personal reviews and recommendations! Needless to say, I left very pleased and will definitely be returning to this location!

I walked in and was greeted by a Charlie, he was so nice I simply had to ask for his last name which is Kirk. He was prompt and able to help with my tasks. A fine young man he is. Walgreens struck gold with this associate. I hope that all stores have an employee similar to Charlie. What a gem!

I initially walked in to buy a pack of gum alone, but after talking to the fine customer sales associate Charlie Kirk, I felt inspired to become the best me I could be. To see someone execute a sales job so flawlessly as he was a truly refreshing pharmacy experience. Thanks to his fine salesmanship, I took home 10 packs of gum instead

A hankering for a bag of chips and a Gatorade after I had concluded a run nearby caused me to enter this unassuming Walgreens on Cumberland Pkwy. It was immediately apparent to me that this was an accepting and helpful environment, one created by none other than sales associate Charles Kirk. I couldn’t find the aisle with the snacks I sought and he was kind enough to guide me to them and aided my selection of the best refreshments by giving informed and excellent suggestions. Amazing standard of service.

I needed help finding a product and instead of just gesturing a direction apathetically and maybe mumbling an aisle number like almost every other employee would, sales associate Charlie Kirk earnestly guided me to it. His professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched which inspired me to write this review. 5 stars

I was having a terrible day as someone had shattered my car window the night before. I come into this walgreens crying and an associate named Charlie Kirk gave me $800 to pay for my new windows! And he bought me a fresh and hot new bag of Doritos! Thanks Charlie Kirk!

The pharmacy staff are wonderful, very helpful and professional. They are always understanding, patience, and consistently dependable . The rest of staff is always friendly . This Walgreens is my favorite!

I am typically more of a CVS type of guy, but I recently found myself in desperate need a refill for my Pancuronium prescription. It turns out that my local CVS no longer stocks the Pancuronium, so I turned to Walgreens in my time of need. To my surprise, the cashier, Charlie, greeted me with a warm welcome and energetic personality. This is the first time I have ever walked into a Pharmacy and received a formal greeting, a nice change from the typically stare I get from the old lady at the front when I come in for my Pancuronium. I highly recommend anyone in need of Pancuronium to go to Walgreens for their Pancuronium. If you need any help finding Pancuronium, just ask Charlie about how to get a Pancuronium refill. He's a super sweet young gent!

One worker, I’m forgetting his name I wish I looked at his name tag better, helped me out a lot when I couldn’t find the tampons. I think his name was charlie… that sounds right I think! Great workers create a great shopping environments.

This working man helped me find my condoms and candy. What a good hard working bee he is. I love him so much!!!! HIS NAME IS CHARLIE KIRK! SAY IT LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK
