The Home Depot

My favorite Home Depot store. Returns are quick and efficient, and the other day no less than 6 associates said Hello… how are you doing! What I like best - this particular store which sits very near HD corporate headquarters seems to be the test spot for new products. If you see something unique that you like, you should buy it. During a visit to GA a while back I found a light-weight, well-made caulking gun and didn’t buy it. I loved it (I get excited about odd things!) but I thought I would buy it when I got back to PA. But the PA stores didn’t have it for months (and in a slightly different model). Parking is a little congested (tip… park to the right side and walk a little farther). The store is a little older and quirkier than others, but I love their trial products I can’t find elsewhere.

As I expected, The Home Depot was clean and organized. I was able to go to the exact aisle and bay (that I had researched online) and find exactly what I needed. The employee I encountered at self checkout was friendly and helpful. I’m happy to say that this is my local Home Depot!

I have had good experiences with this home depot. Occasionally, it seems like there are no employees anywhere. But mostly I can find someone to help me. I specifically want to shout out Romario and Olivia at the door department. Olivia helped me initially and Romario has helped me every time since. He helped walk me through the process since I was not familiar with what I would need. Next up is to pick up the door and get it installed. Overall, I've had good experiences here.

First off I love this place. It's a place where I can go find what I need and find stuff I didn't know I need and I'm constantly surprised by new things I find every time I go there. This trip I was returning something and the associate was just wonderful and all smiles. I went in to do more shopping and this time about twice as much as I did the time before and I still need to go back and get some more stuff for my artwork and some other more plain stuff.. before warned if you come in you will buy something.

I stayed at the Extended Stay Hotel, right next door to Home Depot (fuzzy, but through the trees), the last hotel FEMA had my sister & I in. I walked down the street, as it's directly across from Publix - difficult but very convenient. I love this Vinings location. The staff is wonderfully helpful. We were able to purchase all the things needed for our move, from homelessness to a roof over our heads.

I always enjoy my trips to this Home Depot. It is clean and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. The self checkout counters are intuitive and easy to use. They also have in-store and curbside pickup available.

I was assisted by Couiza today and had a great experience. She went out of her way to help me find a specific screw that I needed for my TV mount. Couiza was patient & did not rush me. She looked through multiple bins to help me find the specific screw that I was looking for. Her words were that she did not want me to have to go to another store to find it if they had it there. She was knowledge, friendly & a pleasure to work with. Couiza truly made my trip to this store worth it!

I wanted a bath makeover to transform my 1960's bath - particularly the little tile squares that never seemed to come clean. Home Depot recommended a product that was just wrong - no coverage of the color and grit on the walls was not going to make me happy. In much disgust i brought it to the Paces Ferry store. ... Enter Mike in the paint department. He confirmed it was the wrong paint for the job. Then he showed and explained the right paint. We walked to customer service and he made sure i received a full refund. ... I couldn't be happier! Thanks Mike!!!

One of the best home depots.. got my Duell impact gun 1/2 inch for $300 and came with 1400 ft for pound

Thank you so much to the super helpful associate at my favorite Home Depot! Jason was an absolute angel today! He helped me with a plant that I wanted to purchase that was a display. He got it down for me, suggested a fertilizer and even showed me his personal plants in his phone. We discussed proper plant care for the plant I was buying and told me to come back if I had any other questions!

Ms. Tee took great care of us at the Customer Service desk, she walked us through the process and went all the way to the loading area and stayed on top of everyone and made sure we got our order.

I feel lucky to live so close to this Home Depot. It’s truly a flagship store and is always at the top of their game. The close proximity to the corporate office definitely helps. They have an enormous selection of basically anything you’d ever need as well as landscaping plants and products. I usually make a trip to this store at least once a week and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Also appreciate how quickly they customize their offerings based on the season.

I don't leave reviews often, but I had to give a shout out today! Home Depot Cumberland is not my home store, however I stopped by on my way home from work to pick up some wood for an art project and there were two young men who were cutting wood. As it turns out, one of them (Moray, I think) was training the other one (John) on the saws and cutting so they were a little bit slower but they were incredibly friendly. After my wood had been cut, I went to go find some nails and ran into Moray again who helped me get to the right aisle for the nails (again, not my home store, so I was a little turned around). He made sure to introduce himself and let me know he was the flooring supervisor who was jumping in to help out with cutting of various items of wood. Incredible service! I'll definitely be back to this store again.

I've known about Home Depot forever, but recently it has become ONE favorite Store. Oh Gosh the things I can create with everything inside this Lovely place, overwhelms Me! Thanks to Paint and now Lumber, thank you for Reintroducing me to The Home Depot, now that's My Kind of CANDY STORE for this Child.

My husband and I are doing our first home renovation project and Rob from lumber has been the reason that this has been successful. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. He is the only one who I will go to for help and education on what we should do. Rob is the best Home Depot employee and deserves an award. #belikeRob

We are also grateful for Mikey in paint who took the time to educate us on paint. He took the time to set up an account so we have all our paint information connected to my phone number.

For someone who is new to renovations and making the Home Depot runs- it means a lot when people take the time to explain my options. There is so much more to learn but I am thankful for Rob & Mikey who take the extra time to answer my questions (as I have a lot).

Such an awesome Home Depot, it’s the flagship location across from their headquarters. I routinely come here and get lost immediately because I want explore all the different departments. Recently came for some black out blinds and discovered a couple different solutions including roller vinyl shades. I plan to try that to ensure it’s a dark nursery for baby to sleep. I love visiting the garden area and always pick up some succulents when I’m here to liven up my home.

This location is so neat and I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. The staff are friendly and I always get through the check out quickly.

Employees are attentive and pro active. Plenty of parking. Nice selection of moderate priced home stuff.
