Publix Super Market at Paces Ferry Center

Picked up our wedding cakes here. Wow! They did such a great job. My family was shocked when I told them they came from a grocery store. Pick up was super easy and I was luckily able to get the two gigantic cakes they made us into my truck. If I get married again (😅), I'm definitely coming here.

Very nice Publix. Staff is very friendly. Deli is clean and has a ton of offerings. There are always a bunch of deals in the Publix app as well. The carts are also very well maintained so you don’t end up with a squeaky wheel while you’re shopping around. 10/10 would recommend to a friend (or any one who needs groceries).

I was in the store Saturday, 2/10/24 to pick up some items. I went into the Lady's restroom. I hate to say it was filthy. The handicap or larger stall had all unused toilet paper on the floor along with the toilet paper holder.
The containers that hold used personal items were full in all stalls.
The worst part of my experience was I went to the customer service desk to check out and let someone know the Lady's restroom needed to be cleaned. The women ignored me and displayed no concern.
She didn't apologize.

Tracey and the catering team were great to work with! They made the process of placing a huge catering order easy. They were on time to delivery for our holiday event and made sure everything we ordered was accounted for. Thank you so much team! I would definitely order from this team again.

I love this place Penny and Shanice from the deli are amazing. They helped me immediately in my time of need with quick and swift customer service. This Publix will forever have my business due to these two wonder ladies right here. They deserve a Christmas bonus because they’re amazing.

Nice clean store that's organized well. The store has had everything I was looking for. Pro tip... the Publix fresh bratwurst are about the closest to a true Wisconsin brat that I have found that you can buy in a store in the Atlanta area! They have a decent amount of parking, and multiple entrances to the lot which I appreciate.

This Publix is shopper friendly. The food is fresh and the selections are large. The seating area is very convenient for the location and all the consumer traffic. The aisles were clean and even though one bathroom stall wasn’t clean after informing an employee he informed customer service to get it handled. The employees always help with taking groceries to your vehicles desired and I even saw them clean up the left over lingering shopping carts which keeps our cars safe and the parking lot clean. Thank you for always giving great service at a good price!

Stopped by and saw this cool cheese and wine display. Loved the set-up and Publix has a great selection of cheeses.

I don't eat Subs, so I asked for an Italian cold cut into a salad made with the same sub ingredients. It was one of the best salads I've had since I moved to Georgia. Thank-you Publix Deli, my lunch was fabulous and tasty. Sorry I forgot a picture.

Very clean and organized store. Im not used to the setup of this store, it’s smaller than the Publix I am familiar with, so some of the isles are flipped around.

I went to this Publix for a last-minute party we had to throw at work and they were SO accommodating. Despite already being busy, they were able to accommodate our order on super short notice and were extremely nice about it. Huge shout out to the catering department (specifically Tracey Massay) and the Deli department for working with us on such short notice!! We will be back!

Very busy location, but it is well run, and the staff is great!

By far the best Pubix in Cobb County,Georgia. Every shelf stock to capacity. I found every item I was shopping for and then some. Staff was amazing and the store was very clean & bright!!!

This was my first time at this Publix location. The store was well stocked and clean. They had a nice selection of Lox which is what I was looking for.

Today, Rodney and his colleagues, in the deli gave me such GREAT customer service! I’m truly blown away by this experience. On top of the exceptional customer service, Rodney made myself and daughter a delicious sandwich!!!! Seeing the team dynamic behind the counter was awesome. They were great at helping him with the stocking veggies for my sandwich. Lastly, my daughter said, “This is the best sandwich i ever eaten.” Huge thanks to you and your colleagues today Rodney

Publix always attracts with the buy one get one free or the buy two get two free. We need all the deals we can handle. Plus having the app I was able to get $5 off my purchase since I spent over $30. Might not seem like much but it’s a WIN for me. Clean store and great staff.

I visited the deli.Rodney made me a sub sandwich. It was exceptional. Not only was the sandwich so amazing, his customer was the best I ever experienced. I felt like I was a valuable customer.

I will come back every day, if Mr. Rodney will make my sub.
