Had a great experience with Justin! He was professional, happy to explain things and answer my questions. The appointment request process on the website was smooth and easy. Would recommend this company and will also be using them/requesting Justin again next time.

Joe is a guys- guy in a world full of people trying to be personable. Joe was down to earth, clear, concise and patient in explaining and addressing all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. A great representative of the company. Made me feel at home and not pressured into anything. It was like working with my best friend. Thank you Joe!

My experience with Mister Sparky was excellent. It was easy to get an appointment set. Very courteous staff. The electrician that came out, John Bennett, gave a courtesy call when on his way, and he arrived on time. His diagnosis and resolution for my electrical issue was very fast. He explained the issue to me in a way I could understand and gave me recommendations for longer term solutions in the future. I would highly recommend Mister Sparky of Atlanta for all your electrical needs!

I called and Chris came from Mister Sparky. He was very knowledgeable and helped install an outlet that was inside a sump pump out to and external outlet. He was very professional and explained and answered all my questions. He also changed out an exhaust vent I had with one I bought. He was so helpful and worked out all the kinks. The only thing I would say is the pricing was expensive. The waive the economical service fee if you do the work with them but the pricing was ALOT more than I was quoted by another company. I am truly thankful for Chris’ customer service.

John arrived right on time. He was professional and courteous as well as answered all of my questions. I explained the problem I was having and he listened intently. He had a solution right away and fixed the problem.

Definitely a very good interaction. He was on time, curious about what my issues around the electrical system were and what I wanted to get accomplished. They also went a step further and put shoe covers on prior to entering our home. That’s an extra step I haven’t seen done much if at all.
He educated me on the code for the county that I live in as well as the timing of when things had to take place and for how long we would have power out. Overall, very impressed with the visit and the quality of the estimate.

Matt came an assessed my property for wanted repairs. Provided expert knowledge on ways to make fixes. He was extremely cordial and respectable the whole time. Went with Mister Sparky out of a recommendation from another electrical contracting company. Said Mister Sparky would get it done right the first time. 10/10 would recommend to others.

Adam was very helpful. Let us know what we needed and gave us choices. Adam suggested the best option for us and my husband and I are very satisfied with what we chose. Adam answered all of our questions as our system was so old. We will use Mister Sparky again and call for Adam.

A breaker kept tripping so I called late on a Friday afternoon. The gentlemen that answered was polite and extremely professional. I received a call the next morning advising my technician was on the way. Jawuan was very professional and did a great job working to diagnose and correct the problem. Would definitely recommend and use Mr. Sparky again!

The electrician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. I had too faulty flood lights that mysteriously went out even though our house is a fresh off the market new build. Initially I thought I must have done something wrong when changing the light bulbs, but the flood lights were actually faulty. I wish I had called Mr. Sparky sooner instead of wasting hours trying to change the light bulbs.

Mason was great. He called to let me know exactly when he would arrive, was professional, courteous and thorough. I had a ceiling fan light that was staying on even when the wall switch was off. He was able to troubleshoot an outlet that the fan was tied into and got it working correctly. He also provided some suggestions for wiring things better than the builder had. Thanks for the great experience!

We had a great experience with Mister Sparky identifying the initial issue we called them out for and then finding another issue that could’ve caused a huge fire later on. Thankful for their thoroughness, communication, and promptness to fix that issue only 2 days later! Will definitely use again.

Henry corrected the wiring on my doorbell camera, checked the chime box, and even made recommendations regarding my outdated smoke detectors. He explained everything he was doing along the way. I will definitely call on him for the other projects around the house.
