AMC Hiram 14

Went to watch the Bob Marley biopic, the theatre, bathroom and concessions were all clean. The staff was friendly and courteous when purchasing my food and beverage and I have received the same friendly and courteous attitude at all the AMC theatre locations that I have been to. This theatre may not have the glitz and glamour but did not take away from my movie viewing experience.

This is a nice movie theater here . I took my daughter to the movie to see the color purple movie on Christmas day. And I found another customer wallet at the movie theater. With 400 to 500 hundred dollars left inside of it. I really needed that money badly after my car had just went down.
And I have know other way to get to work now. I'm a single mother. But I didn't steal the money and turned it in to the manager there on duty. I was able to get in touch with the man girlfriend mom whom the number was inside the wallet and found out whom the wallet belonged to. And I turned it into the manager there on duty that night. Hope the guy got his money and wallet back.

Nice movie theater. However, there should be ushers on duty to show customers assigned seating, and more employees needed working the food corners. My daughter missed half of the move, waiting to purchase popcorn 🍿

The Color Purple! A Must see..

I have not been to the movies in years. The options have kicked up a notch ...pizza, caramel corn & cheese popcorn. Only thing missing Starbucks coffee👌

Awesome place to come and enjoy any film. Great food and drinks along with a variety of snacks. Supreme pizza and Mac and cheese bites are a must for me.

I feel bad for Hiram in general. Atlanta has moved in, fast and hard. The other reviews about the actions of the clientele at the AMC movie theater don't surprise me but my husband and I have not experienced this because we go to the early showing. We do not live in Hiram but instead, closer to Atlanta. The theater down the road from us went out of business a few years ago. The actions of some ruin it for all. Outbursts, fights, loitering, talking during the movie, etc. My husband and I have a great streaming device and can view movies shortly after they are released but prefer to see certain ones in the theater for the special effects on the big screen and surround sound. Soon we will all watch movies on a 60" plus or minus screen while on our sofa and in our pajamas because no one can control the unruly.
Anyway, I came here simply to say that we went to the 4:30 viewing of Godzilla yesterday (Monday) and the young lady working the concession counter (Cloe) was so friendly with such a wonderful attitude. She's a keeper!!

The staff is great! There were people talking through the movie. After one compliant the staff acted fast. The best customer service I have seen in a long time.

People were friendly. I spilled some popcorn, and the lady said, "I got you!" Very nice in spite of my mess. 😞 Buying tickets online is easy, so you don't have to wait in line for tickets. I ordered my drink online, too, and just picked my order up at the front without waiting in line for that either.

Great customer service and friendly staff!! The theater is clean and comfortable! We love to go there with kids!!

This place was great. Went to see Mario. The opening trailers were too long as usual but it was a great experience. The sound wasn't too loud and the 3d glasses didn't hurt my eyes. Bought a kids popcorn, fruit snacks and drink for my child for about $8. Cant remember how much my popcorn and drink was but it was yummy and the coke freestyle allowed me to get diet razzberry tea which was a treat because not many restaurants carry it. Will go back.

My pick-up orders are never ready at the times I schedule them. That's my only issue with this location's management of online features and member benefits.

Whole theater was Clean including the bathroom.
I ordered my tickets and popcorn with a drink online..walked right in..and they had my food ready and waiting for me.

WE TOTALLY ENJOYED OUR DATE NIGHT. The Movie was awesome ✨ and we plan on doing this at least twice a month.
Popcorn 🍿🍿, 🥤🥤, and other good eats. We give them a 10.

Great visual and sound. Comfortable theater. I wish movie theaters in general would invest in carpet cleaning. This theater and many others need to freshen their carpets. They have such a dank smell. I shouldn't be able to smell this.

Nice friendly entertainment location with good prices, if you are attending any AMC theater become a PAID Stubbs card holder for the yearly extra perks like FREE movie screenings for you and a friend, stand in Premier Line to go faster for purchasing tickets and to checkout faster at the concession stands.

AMC 24 Southlake in Morrow, Georgia have reclining seats which are very comfortable. They also have a small mini bar for those that like alcoholic beverages while watching movies.

Best time to go to any is early morning or early afternoon Mondays through Thursdays weekends are always jammed pack and parking is limited at that time.

Thus purchase tickets online because of assigned seats to get the best seating if going on the weekends.

It's good to get back and finally to watch a movie in theaters. There was no line so pretty much walk in get your ticket and inside. Everyone was nice and courteous. Popcorn was fresh and good. Definitely going back to watch more movies in the near future.

Update still a good place to watch movies. Went and there was no line to purchase tickets.

Went to see Dune
Didn't expect much as my last experience here(several months back) was far less then stellar. This time I will say everything was great. The ticket seller was friendly and helpful as were the concession associates. There were several cleaning staff keeping the areas clean and one of them actually stopped to open the door to our theater for us. It was a complete turn around.

I've always like to come to this Movies. It's not too far from my home convience is it for me. It's always clean inside and out the Building. The bathrooms are so nice, as well as the employees 👌 I wish most Movies are like this one. Hoping its one business that stays dealing that we're still coming from Pandemic COVID-19, but yes Family and friends I will still bring. The Movie Black Adam I seen. Overall everything was great here 🥰💯👍🏻
