I am extremely pleased with the refrigerator delivery service I received. The delivery team was punctual and professional, arriving within the promised time frame. They handled the appliance with care, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. Their attention to detail and expertise in setting up the refrigerator were impressive. Furthermore, the team displayed excellent customer service, answering all my questions and providing helpful information about the appliance's features. This hassle-free delivery experience has made me a satisfied customer, and I would highly recommend this service to others. Two thumbs up for the haul away and disposal of our old refrigerator. Kudos to the delivery team for their outstanding work and making my shopping experience enjoyable!

The two gentlemen were fantastic. After they unloaded and placed in the location I requested. They made sure the item was balanced before they left. Once completed they asked me to check out if there was any issue. I could not find anything wrong with their setup.

Improved the delivery date, contacted me like they said they would. My wife said they did a great job, were very helpful and very nice.
It sounds like these guys are the legit deal, and I don't usually leave reviews, but she said they did a really good job, so I wanted to make sure to give credit where credit was due.

We received our new Fridge this morning. The delivery guys gave me a 45 minute heads up which was perfect to get ready for them. They relocated our old fridge to our garage and hooked the new one up in no time. Then they hauled off our old garage fridge. They were very efficient and knew what they were doing. It was a good experience.

Had a new expensive mattress delivered 5 weeks ago and the delivery guys really let all involved down by not doing a respectful delivery and damaging the mattress. ( not easy to damage a mattress!) However this was corrected immediately when brought to their attention. A new mattress was sent out to us with a different delivery crew right away. It was a perfect delivery and this company received our well earned 5 star rating. You will be in good hands here and well taken care of. We could not have received a better resolution and service!

Good comms from company. Delivery window was shortened to 4 hours the day prior to delivery, which is always appreciated. Guys called me when they were 30 minutes out on day of delivery and arrived near to the start of the 4hr delivery window. Delivery team were efficient, helpful and friendly. This is how it should be done, other carriers could take a leaf out of their book. Good job RXO!

Today I had my dryer delivered. The guys were polite and friendly. Excellent communication. They were efficient and respectful of doors and railings. Worked well as a team. Very impressed. Thank you Ali and Partner!

My cabinets were delivered this morning by a husband and wife team. They were very professional, friendly and very hard working. They explained how to make sure all the items on the packing list were delivered. Their attention to detail was exceptional! I received a call prior to delivery and they were punctual. I would highly recommend this company for your delivery needs. I could not be more pleased!

They did a great job of notifying me of when my item would be delivered. They called to make sure they were in the right spot. There was construction being done on our street and they still were able to deliver. Great service!

RXO did two (somewhat complicated) refridgerator deliveries for me over the past few days. They were extremely gracious, very competent and absolutely committed to getting the job done. Thanks, guys! You did a great job :)

Had a nice chair and ottoman delivered today and everything went great. Delivery was in the front end of the window provided and was preceded by a call giving me a 10-minute heads up. Delivery guys were very efficient and careful with the chair, taking extra care not to bump any walls or doorways. Overall, a very good experience.

Our two delivery drivers were amazing! Our home is on a hill and they brought up my new treadmill up the hill and down to our basement entryway! They were truly wonderful. I wouldn't have been able to manage without them!

This company gave us consistent text messages and calls with updates. The team that did the delivery explained clearly how they check to make sure they have all the pieces I ordered and then showed me how I could do my own recheck. They were pleasant and professional. Would gladly do business with this company again. Highly recommend!

No complaints about the delivery. The guys came on time and put the media unit where I wanted it .

My complaint is with Canadian Tire not having someone available to put the unit together anymore as it's in pieces in a box and not light.

We ordered a building from Amazon and RXO! We were very pleased with the way we were kept in the loop every step of the way!! The delivery was made during adverse weather but the driver made sure the item was as protected as possible!! It was refreshing to know that the company hires very conscientious staff & we give them highest rating for the quality of our building!!!

My delivery was great. Super punctual & the team that delivered my washer/dryer was super efficient. They hauled away my old appliances & installed the new within 30 minutes. Super friendly & professional as well.

Picked up my items that were shipped here. The experience was great. The staff is very efficient and precise at what they do. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes if that. If I don't go into the store I will certainly have my items shipped here again.

My RXO delivery experience was excellent. The company kept me informed every step of the way with emails and texts and the driver called to let us know when he was 30 minutes away. The dishwasher was delivered right on time and both men were very professional and friendly.

They delivered a bookshelf that had to be assembled. They did it within the timeframe I had the freight dock and elevator scheduled, they kept me informed of their schedule, and they were extremely professional and capable with the unloading and assembly. Truly the best delivery experience we have ever had.

The movers today waited for us to get home which most would have left. We have no elevator and it's 5 flights of stairs. They moved it all easily and were very nice and friendly.
