Zach Werner Did an outstanding job! Casteel provided excellent service by coming out to make it repair after hours on a night when the temperature was going to be below 20° and we had small children in the house.! We were grateful for their effort to ensure that the repair was made to the brand new system that they installed. Their technician Werner was knowledgeable, very professional and helpful. He kept me informed throughout the repair process and even took The trash outside for me, since it was so Freezing cold.

Casteel Air is the most professional and informative HVAC company I have ever worked with. We met with Matt who walked us through every detail and problem in our system, along with how our system is supposed to operate. Skyler, Jake, Brantley, and Zach were out the next morning at 7am and did everything as mentioned. It was really great to see a group of people who were eager to show up, do the work, and had the best attitudes. We had an excellent experience. Zach and Richard were the lead installers. Paul was our initial serviceman and Chris was our salesman. Everyone was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Each one arrived on time and were very respectful. This was a very positive experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of having Jamie from Casteel replace a thermocouple on our gas hot water heater today, and I couldn't be more impressed. Jamie arrived promptly, was incredibly friendly, and demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire service. He efficiently replaced the thermocouple and ensured everything was in perfect working order before he left. Paul came out a day earlier and told us all of the issues we had with our system. We already knew the system was old and builder grade. He explained thoroughly and in detail what is recommended vs what repairs can band aid the system. He then mentioned we could have a consultant come out and explain in detail what our options were for a new system install. The consultant came out the same day.

Matthew, who was the consultant, was very pleasurable to deal with and gave us all the options for replacing our system. After explaining to us our options, we went with the mid grade setup, and he had the installers scheduled for the next day.

Skyler, Jake, Brantley, and Zach did an excellent job installing the new HVAC system. They were very informative in regards to how the new system would work, how to operate it, and what maintenance is needed. The work was done in a timely manner for the size of the project. They all arrived on time, and were very courteous and pleasant to deal with.

The technician, Sam, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything to me in detail. He took time to answer all of my questions. In addition, the installers, Curtis and Robert were also wonderful. They put in a very long day and after the installation was completed, they walked me through everything I needed to know about my new HVAC system. Very knowledgeable and professional.

The electrician Gerardo Was excellent in doing all of the electrical work needed to install a generator and new electric panel in our home. Hard-working, detailed, and very friendly and informative of his activities as it was being performed. In addition, Tim Robertson did a fantastic job and all of the plumbing work

For anything that's simple these days no one expects to pay outlandish prices, but that's the usual outcome these days. I was very happy with Mr. Duncan's work, knowledge, and experience. I'm so happy that I was offered a price that I could afford for the service I received. Also, good customer service starts with just being friendly. I would certainly call on Casteel again, as well as recommend them to my family and friends.

Casteel was a home run! I came home to a flooded house on a Sunday evening. They had a serviceman out there within a few hours. Stravon was professional, smart and helpful. He was willing to meet all of my needs as a customer. He did everything he could to keep the cost down to a minimum and was so easy to work with. I would request him on any future job that I need done. Casteel has definitely earned my business going forward and Stravon is the name of the plumber you should request when you call them!

Casteel did right by me! I had a technician come out to look at my heating and he did okay but I was not 100% satisfied and I called Casteel again and they sent a senior technician out the next day at no additional charge - his name was Brandon. Brandon did a phenomenal job looking at everything in my home for my system and got right to the exact root of the issue and I was very happy and impressed with his work ethic, knowledge, and costumer service. Brandon needs to get a raise ASAP! Casteel is lucky to have him.

Our technician Stan was timely, knowledgeable, and very professional with our tune up for our three (3) HVAC systems. He kept us informed at each stage, relaying information on each system, and providing recommendations on upkeep of the units. They are very prompt and professional. My wife was recovering from surgery when the installers came to install the two new units. Curtis, Levi and their team went above and beyond to get the job done. The craftsmanship of the installation was remarkable and you can tell by looking they truly are professionals. All of our questions were answered and pride was taken in their work. We definitely made the right choice. I highly recommend Casteel to anyone. The price was extremely competitive when you compare apples for apples so to say.

This is my second time using this company. My thermostat stopped working. They were able to send the technician (Shane) out the same day to get it fixed. He even called and was able to come earlier than expected. He was able to replace my thermostat and even fix a couple other issues that caused my thermostat to break. Shane explained everything perfectly and was super friendly! Would definitely recommend this company.
