I have moved several times and have always had Palm Casual furniture in every home. We just completed our retirement dream home and once again from helping with the design & fabric selection to the delivery was beyond EXCEPTIONAL!!

I LOVE the furniture we purchased at PALM CASUAL, for our screened in porch!!!
From the moment you walk in the store, you are treated with respect. No hard sell by the people in this store, the furniture will sell itself. They just inform you of all the warranties that go along with your purchase.
We bought a sofa, 2 swivel rockers, and 2 ottomans. The cushions are super soft, yet supportive. They are easy to clean, and come in many pleasing fabric choices. Matching throw pillows complete the look.

This store is incredible! My husband and I wanted to purchase furniture for our porch and sunroom. We stopped by to look and fell in love with all the beautiful things they had. Needless to say we bought a beautiful wicker set for our sunroom and gorgeous chairs for our screened porch. And Bradley who was our sales person, went above and beyond in helping us select what would work for our space and the color options for our chair cushions! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for outdoor living furniture. Just walking into the store was amazing. I was greeted immediately by one of the employees. I went into the store with a concern of some products which my husband and I had purchased. I was listened to without interruption and guided towards furniture that I ultimately ordered to replace the furniture that I had issues with. Bradley and his team at the Summerville, SC store went over and above with their service and recommendations to remedy my problem and make me a very happy customer.

Super friendly staff. They took great care of us. We are waiting for our custom cushions to come in, so they gave us some loaners to use in the mean time. That meant a lot to us since we just moved and had little of our furniture. Quality seems great and they back it up with a lifetime warranty. What could be better? Showroom has lots of options to check out. Looking forward to enjoying this for years to come.

After several visits to Palm Casual, we liked the products as well as the attitude of the sales staff and the policies of the company. Jacob Sally was extremely knowledgeable of the entire product line, welcomed questions and addressed any concerns with positive responses.
After deciding on a patio set and fire pit, we anxiously awaited delivery. As most of us have become accustomed to during the pandemic, we experienced some issues with expected delivery dates, unrequested product changes and a damaged chair. Jacob shared our level of frustration.
As is common and part of the Palm Casual sales approach, we made several changes which impacted the process as well. All of the changes were graciously accepted and loaner cushions and furniture were delivered for us to use until our order arrived. Every issue, change and expression of frustration was met with continued positive reinforcement showing that Jacob and the company valued our business and intended to prove how customer oriented Palm Casual is.
The furniture has now been delivered and is exactly what we hoped it would be. The appearance, quality and warranty are all outstanding!
Everyone was helpful but Jacob Sally is the reason our experience started and ended positively. His dedication to our buying process and his belief in and loyalty to Palm Casual and the company's desire for happy customers helped create a great relationship.

Amazing customer service!!! They were super helpful but not pushy. I love that you can pick your own fabrics! They delivered my furniture, set it up for me where I wanted it, and picked up every single piece of trash. The furniture is soooo comfortable and looks beautiful!!

My husband and I would give Jacob and the rest of the staff at Palm Casual Summerville 6 stars if Google would permit it! They are fantastic to work with. The prices are great, but equally important is that they genuinely care we are happy with our purchase. We recently purchased a North Cape outdoor set and absolutely love it. Jacob and all the staff were so helpful during the process, and providing the best service after the sale!
