The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good. I like that they had hot breakfast. That included waffles, grits and cheese bagels. Sausage cheese and egg bowls. The only thing that irritated me was I. Received a call from the front desk early in the morning stating they didn't know anyone was in the room. I just simply said I wasn't told that all I did was Check-in last night. And the front desk person gave me my key. He then proceeded to say that there was an issue checking in last night and the person didn't inform him. I'm not sure what the issue was. Because I had drove in from out-of-state. Got in late and the service man asked me for my name and gave me my key. It was just a simple as that. So I'm still not sure what was going on. There was a fire pit outside which would have been nice. But it was broken and didn't turn on.

Home2 Suites by Hilton was such a great stay! The staff was super friendly and accommodating with my dog while my sister was staying there. The rooms were spacious with a full kitchen. Highly recommend when you visit Summerville!

We had an amazing stay! The staff was absolutely the best!! Our check in crew John made sure we had extra pillows for comfort, the super nice maintenence man made sure the indoor pool was nice and toasty and was always helping someone, the lady with breakfast made sure our grandson had almond milk with him being lactose intolerant, and the front desk kept my lost purse for me until I returned to pick it up. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms were clean and the best stay we've had anywhere in a very long time!!

Got into town early and stopped to see if I could get an early check in. Staff was more than happy to oblige. Room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Had a very pleasurable experience I have recommended this hotel to our management as it is a perfect place for a CDL driver to take required hours off duty and get some quiet rest. I would suggest this hotel to anyone who asked.

Home 2 Suites by Hilton is a great place to stay for business or pleasure. Indoor pool, back and front patio with gas grills. It's like a small apartment with a living room and kitchenette that are separate from the bedroom and bathroom. Free breakfast in the a.m. room service. I would definitely recommend this place for a repeat stay

Absolutely love this hotel! We stayed this past week to visit family and the staff were excellent, especially the front desk and acting manager! Unfortunately the staff had to deal with a pipe burst but they handled it quickly and efficiently, moving guests and paying for the night. The staff appeared calm, although tired. We felt for them. Some of the other guests were clearly taken everything personally which I know had to be frustrating.
Even then, the stay was the best we've ever had at a hotel. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Furniture appears either new or well taken care of and breakfast was yummy. Will definitely be returning here the next time we are in town. Thank you staff! ♥

Great hotel to stay at very friendly, great breakfast bar.

I had a King bed studio, which did not seem to compromise on space for one person. The studio is essentially a long but not too thin rectangular space that still accommodates a full kitchen space including a full size refrigerator and kitchen. There is sufficient space in the cupboards for one and maybe two people. A full size sofa and ottoman face a nicely sized television to which I was easily able to set up a Chromecast for watching Netflix as well as any other media I wished to cast to the television. The bathroom was only slightly smaller than a typical hotel bathroom, if at all, with the only compromise being the toilet is parked at a position to abut the shower. If there was any compromise in the spaciousness of the room this was a perfect place to do it because it did not really affect ingress/egress at the shower.

The aesthetics of the room were a surprising plus. A natural wood tone suffuses the room as you proceed to the bed and exterior window. Bed, curtain, and carpet tones reflect and complement the natural wood tones of the furniture, cabinetry, and woodwork across the room. The room has a modern but not quite sleek look. Not quite sleek is not meant in a diminutive manner; rather, what could be sleek was instead tempered by a natural palette which beckons a feel of 1970s ranch-style homes.

Another plus feature, especially for those guests lazily inclined such as myself, was a curtain which when extended from the wall partitions the studio into bedroom area and living area. As the television swivels, and is slightly offset to each side of the curtain, it can be viewed by one, the other, or both sides of the curtain simultaneously if the curtain is not fully extended. The curtain does not compromise lighting of the now distinct areas because the formerly one but now two rooms are thoughtfully illuminated by floor lamps as well as chest-high sconce-type fixtures on the wall. This design was well-considered for my needs.

I should disclose that my stay was merely one night. I am not the multiple-day to multiple-month guest for whom this property was designed, and they would have much more more dependence on the service aspects of the hotel. I did note a 24 hour laundry was available. I would appreciate the round the clock availability of the laundry since I rarely am willing to dedicate two or three hours of a day off to household duties.

Finally, my favorite feature of the property was easily an indoor pool open from 9am to 11pm. Most properties in this market have outdoor pools which are great, but October marks almost certainly the seasonal closing of them even in the climate of the South, as nights often dip to the 60s and 50s at night here.

When I booked the studio just an hour or so before arriving, I was informed that joining the Hilton club thingy for free my rate would be $10 less, which brought my price for the studio to $131 for a Thursday night. The service from this foreign-accented fellow by the way was top shelf. I had a couple questions about the property which he could not answer on the spot; however, he quickly fetched answers for me by telephoning the relevant staff if the hotel. I requested a studio above ground level and despite heavy booking he got me what I wanted. There is a small patio outdoor area off the pool area which was lively with guests from all over the country so that if traveling alone one could participate in a scene convivial indeed.

I would absolutely recommend this property and I am very likely to repeat visits there especially to get my pool on in the coming winter months.

We loved the location. Very close to everything and anything we could think of or need to get to. The room was very big for 3 guest plus your pet. Loved the layout of the cabinets, pull out drawers, the kitchenette, and the size of the shower. Not a fan of bathtub shower combos. The beds were comfortable enough and linens were soft. The only downside was the pocket sliding door didn't stay closed. Had to shove a towel underneath the the small gap to keep it close. The size of the closet could've been expanded by a few feet. The dishes in the dishwasher were clean but not put away by the housekeeping staff. Where's the responsibility on their end? Other then that a pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious, plenty of room for two to live in for a week while we were inbetween houses. The beds and pillows were comfortable but the bed was oddly made-up. Between the top sheet and bedspread was what looked like a bed skirt with a padded middle. But like I said they were quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfasts were quite tasty. There was a microwave breakfast bowl that was absolutely delicious. They did not provide daily maid service but all we needed to do was ask the staff for what we needed.

We had a few hiccups in the beginning but everything was worked out. Hotel is clean, pool is great for kiddos and breakfast was nice. The main reason I gave 5 stars is to Katie working down at the front, she is a real 💎 to this property ❤ Goes above & beyond compared to other workers who were kinda rude when we first arrived. My kids loved her so much also!

We were here for 17 nights while purchasing a new home in Summerville. The staff at this hotel is probably the friendliest, kindest group of people you'll encounter anywhere. Breakfast offers many, many choices and there is coffee all day. If there aren't towels at the pool, no problem. A kind front desk brings them within 5 minutes. Key not working, no problem. A kind front desk will walk up with you to make sure your key is finally working. A wonderful group of lovely, competent people working to make your stay as perfect as possible. Thank you everyone!

By far the most welcoming and accommodating staff of any hotel I've stayed! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed is very comfortable. I loved the shower gel and shampoo dispensers and that all of the supplied bath products are Neutrogena. The only drawback we came across was that the indoor pool isn't heated. The nightly rate is very affordable. Will definitely use this hotel again!

We decide to stay home during hurricane Doreen, after 2 nights in the heat we decided to fine a hotel that would allow us to bring our pets. Customer service was excellent, room was a great surprise. Big room with kitchen area, living room and a king size bed. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable and thank you for the air conditioner. Very Quiet and again staff was excellent

Our stay was amazing! The hotel smells so clean and amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The king suite was very spacious, it was like a small condo. There's not alot of options on the breakfast bar (waffle maker, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, quick items). The fitness room was decent and has good equipment and the laundry room is in the same room so you can exercise while doing laundry. The pool room was very nice and the pool was heated. This will be my home away from home when we are in that area!

The place is so clean, and very comfortable. I loved every bit of my stay, the amenities we're great and the breakfast was good. The staff at the front desk was so very nice and kind. I did have one issues with a cleaning lady walking into the room to clean after she walked in, and I was already serviced. She walked in like it was her room and had the nerve to ignore me as she walked out! That one issues however would not make me not visit this establishment again.

Michelle at the breakfast bar this morning (Christmas Day 2020) is the best. Great personality and attitude even though working on Christmas (in a pandemic). Ground floor room close to exit is perfectly convenient, since we have a dog. Room is clean and well maintained. Pet area is also clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and professional. Location is great. Would stay here again, definitely.

Our room was spacious and clean. The manager on duty had to deal with a full hotel with many families who congregated in the lobby. He was very patient. Anything we asked for from the front desk was granted promptly. The location was close to the highway and a bustling shopping center with many options for food and necessities.
