Older hotel but Very comfortable. Nothing bad to say about this place. They helped jus out in a pinch.with three kids and 2 adults we needed more than a king size bed and they figured out a double bed for us no problem.

Fabulous absolutely fabulous and the handsome Man at the desk, Kumar I believe, was so super helpful to us he actually walked us over to our room!!! He had a few crazy suggestions for my partner and I that were very very helpful! His smile was amazing 👏!!! That alone made us say " Yup we will miss this place!" Especially Kumar the front desk guy!! Thanks a million Rodeway people!!!! You should open more hotels on the Picacho area. Highly suggested.

I recommend this great, clean, friendly staffed hotel to any tired and weary driver passing thru.

The quality, comfort and cleanliness of our room were great and just what we needed last-minute. Dharm, the general manager, was very friendly and accommodating during our stay.

I was hesitant after I booked this room after seeing the negative reviews. I was very pleased at not only the rate, but the quality of the room. Must be results of New Management. Would stay again

The man at the desk, who I believe to be the manager, really saved the day for us.

After a 12 hour drive with too many delays we arrived well past midnight, but the manager was still available to open up the door and service. We booked and prepaid through Priceline but Priceline's 3rd party moneyhandler Agoda Services, which goes thru Thailand, was refusing to release the prepaid funds which meant the room couldn't be paid to the Inn.

After considering all the available options (and the Priceline phone saying it'd be 5 hours wait time), even though the proprietor hadn't received the funds, he comped us the room on faith and said he would handle the payment from Priceline on his end.

I could only experience this kind of compassion from someone who believed in customer service at the highest Quality and I hope Dharmendra Bhanderi, General Manager, who I believe I was talking to, gets the highest award and accolade and praise for doing everything he could to retain the customer, and succeeding! A+++++++++

Little older place but plenty of parking for big trucks..they do have smoking rooms however if your traveling with a animal you get stuck in the non smoking room

The staff is extremely friendly and make sure you are well taken care of.
