Well. We received a quick response at the store. He was an honest person, and had excellent experience with the Cricket cell service internationally.
He went out of his way to help us. Understood the billing cycle process. Explained a proper time to start service to our advantage. How easy and quickly the memory could be transferred from the present phones to the new phones. We weren't told high prices and unclear information. He gave us the right phones, we didn't need a more advanced phone that was not necessary for our needs.The phones were on a zero plan. We didn't need the hot spot service. The prices were reachable and reasonable. The taxes were all adjusted in the bill. Great honest service. The Cricket store on Valley Dr. near Walmart. Wow! They didn't ask us what profession we were in. That should be our own business.

My husband and I came in to the Cricket location and were greeted warmly and immediately by Steve. We decided to upgrade our plan to 4 lines for $130 per mo. which is an amazing value! Being that I have had such a great experience as a Cricket customer for several years, my husband converted from Verizon. Steve was exceptionaly wise and helpful with regards to the benefits and enhancements of changing up our plan, and the phones we purchased. The store was very busy at the time of our transaction, and he took the time needed to make sure we were completely satisfied! After our very positive experience, we will only visit the Valley store in Las Cruces! Thank you Steve!
