Very helpful. This is a previous post, I just didn't know how to post another one. The associate Chris is awesome, I called him 30 mins before closing time and he helped me so much. I just bought some headphones for my son and they didn't work, so I thought. But Chris...GAMESTOP...you all should give him a raise, for real. Thanks Mr. Chris.

They have always been a good game store. Just expensive but no problem. Make sure you ask to look at pre owned discs before buying them.

The staff are really great with everyone! Very easy to see that they are true gamers like all of us. Really grateful there is a place for gamers to buy and sell everything and anything that deals with video games. Truly love their inventory of gaming memorabilia. Every employee shows how much they love their job with great customer service, and there is really no game that they do not have impressive knowledge of. Way to go guys and gals, you make every customer feel appreciated. Would be awesome if you guys could expand the store.....no such thing as too much!!

I must say, that Diego at the Hickory loop location is the poster child for what Excellent Customer Service should be. He is very knowledgeable on everything the store has in stock. Very friendly and an all around helpful guy. Thank you Diego for all the help with every item our family has purchased at his store.

Great spot, I live in between 2 of these stores and I only visit this one. Mostly my game reservations and my kid's cards, very nice staff.

The one on Walden has tough parking but well worth the effort. The staff at this one knows gaming and doesn't hesitate to help you. The one down off Valley is a completely different story, don't go there.

The only place to buy used games. I have been a fan of GameStop since they opened their doors. This location has the friendliest staff and the best selection in town. Worth stopping in to check it out!

Great as always. Ash and Maya are amazing employees and consumment professionals. This is the only gamestop I go to because they are very knowledgeable and professional. The other 2 gamestop's pale in comparison in regards to customer service.

The clerk was very helpful. I needed a PS4 controller charger. The clerk showed me several models and explain the benefits of each.
