Walmart Supercenter

This was the second time we've stayed here and we intend to include it in our itinerary on our trips to Texas. Very friendly and helpful employees. The grounds are exceptionally well-kept. I think they have someone working on the ground every day. Beautiful views of the mountains, and some of the sites are set up specifically for the views. It would be nice for me if there was some kind of shopping or restaurants within walking distance, just for something to do, but I'm certainly not going to ding them for that. They have a very nice, clean dog park with a couple things for agility. That was a lot of fun for our border collie as well as us!

The gentleman monitoring the Self Checkout registers a couple weeks ago was one of the best customer service providers I have encountered in a long time. (I usually order delivery.) He made checking out so much easier and more pleasant. He also put Albert's market's employees to shame!

I am disabled and your employee, I think his name was Atticus, before I could even ask he volunteered to load my groceries in my truck. Very courteous and professional. He's a keeper. Give that young man a raise.

Actually got a real live cashier. Very pleasant. It was nice to deal with an actual person today, rather than have to work after going into the store, trying to get last minute items for dinner tonight. Thank you for having customer care

Big shout out of Thank you to the Camera Security Officer's of Walmart at 1550 S Valley Dr, Las Cruces, NM that took care of me after a man hit the back of my left foot with his shopping cart at the exit door. He didn't know I was in front of him, because he had a big flat screen tv in his cart. The Security Officer's brought a chair out for me to sit, gave me several napkins to catch blood flowing out of my heal that was filling up my shoe, knew how to take care of anxiety attack, did accident report. When blood finally stopped, gave me bandaid & escorted me to the car. To which I sat in for several minutes to Pray & calming down to be able to drive back to the house.

Traveling through, the nicest lady checked us out. Sorry I did not get her name.

Nice and quiet, friendly staff. They don’t have plastic bags which is fine but it caught me off guard lol very convenient and close to the highway

Great clean store. I rated this store a five star only because of their employee Saul. He helped me find some plastic drawers that were listed online but not with the others in that proper area. As he directed me to lawn and garden I found the drawers there and price was stated 9.00 on all items in that shelf. When I was checking out, the prices jumped to $19.99. When I was told by Norma that they were not 9.00, I was told rudely that she could only give me one for the 9.00 posted price and the 2nd one 19.99. This pricing was not the customers fault, but it was the employees fault. I left the store disappointed. If all employees would be as courteous as Saul and knowledgable as he, this would have been a great out of town trip.

It's a Walmart 🤷🏻‍♂. This is normally where I would end my review for a chain like this, but in this case... GO TO THIS WALMART AND NOT THE OTHER ONE IN TOWN. That one is... Not good. Just downright scary. I repeat- go to the S. Valley Dr. Walmart. Way better. Even if I'm by the other one I will drag myself all the way to this one.

Great place! Traveling through , Stay here overnight at parking lot, and of course you don’t leave NO TRACE !!! so we all can use…..

Every employee I have interacted with is polite and helpful except María on customer service. She is rude and unpleasant to deal with, instead of May I help you? She said to me, what do you want? In a rude way! She shouldn't be working with public.

My Walmart Supercenter I visit it today to buy a few item I need for home .The store was clean and had everything I need it , only I person in front of the line when super fast

I am definitely a frequent shopper, & customer of various Walmart stores, for many years, by now. I absolutely love 💜💜💜 Walmart. The discounted prices, bargains, & values that I receive, as a customer of Walmart, are uniquely incomparable. Also, all of the Staff employees, of Walmart, have been, & are always very gracious, pleasant, accommodating, & helpful, to their customers. They always sell quality product items, @ reasonable prices, as well. Thanks, & kudos, Walmart; keep up the great work!

For a Walmart, this one seems to be well run. Things are clean and employees helpful.

This Walmart Store location continues to supply and have in stock supplies of the food merchandise, home supplies, hardware, and electronic items that are in demand in this locale at affordable prices. The staff is always helpful, courteous, and professional in assisting customers to find and meet their needs. Store hours make shopping available to all walks of life.

Well everything is great at Wal-Mart prices everything is in stocks...But the thing I don't like it's there self check out had less employees on check out stands but had more self check out ...I don't know about everyone else speaking for myself now ...I'm not employed by Wal-Mart so I don't use the self check out .It's not like I get some kind of discount on the item nor do I get paid to use this self check out but like I said that's just me ...

It's big and clean, and there are lots of helpful people grateful to have a job.

It's been pretty packed these few days , I was in and out shortly considering the lines

Usually busy day and night but from 9-11 at night it's usually pretty slow and there is always open registers. Lots of employees walking around and speedy service for customer issues and inquiries. The cash center is fast as long as the customers are too. First National Bank of Texas here and other businesses. Bathrooms in front and back of store.
