Great store and very good service. We are Total Tech Members and it's the best decision Best Buy ever made to offer this service. My wife and I have bought MANY TVs and electronics from this store and the installs and the products and services have been very good. There were a couple product problems , but they sorted them out and now we listen, inside and outside , have TV and landscape lights all working well and makes our house more fun to live in.

Best Buy in Las Cruces have the "Best" people working there. No pressure to buy anything. Ask for Paul he's the best. I got a computer with all the bells 🔔 😄 and whistles. Kudos 👏 💐 for all the employees. Helpful, courteous and kind.

I went to Best Buy today and purchased a new Canon Rebel camera. It took about 10 minutes to get helped and I was about to right a negative comment but the customer service I received offset the wait time. The gentleman who helped me was named Andrew and we went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.

I would recommend going here during one of their slower times if you’re in a hurry. They did mention they were short handed which understand.

I joined the geek club couple of years ago when I realized it does pay off. Since then I've had my vehicle upgraded on Wi-Fi radio, and soon to add backup camera. Brandon, technician is awesome! Very patient, very Pro customer service. Very knowledgeable! Brandon explains everything he's going to do and so on. And knowledge of warranties and so on. I'm glad I took my vehicle there, and Brandon explained the geek club benefits. Because of him I joined two years ago

Went in to pick up online order. Ended buying other items in store. Sales associate (could have been the manager) was very helpful and friendly. Will be back.

Very efficient customer service. They solved our requirement. A lot of patience with the customer, despite the language.

Did curbside pickup, their website tells you items you can get at your local store if you need it right away. Ordered a charger, pick up curbside is ready in an hour!! Super convenient and fast! Ty!!!

I like Best Buy and the store the manager and the staff treats you like the way you are special and I will come back and they know what they are doing and you don't have to be there the whole day

The Geek squad is great. The pickup time was to be 3 days. They called telling me I could pick my repairs up the next day. 👍

We went in to see if we could purchase a dishwasher and get it delivered to Truth or Consequences, without too much expectation.

Jesus was very quick and professional there at the Las Cruces, NM location. He made our installation painless! He knows what he's doing and just goes about his business to make sure the job is done RIGHT! I highly recommend him if you're in need of an install of any sort!

I went in to transfer some photos from a phone with an unresponsive screen and Larissa was there to help me with everything I needed. She was super polite and patient. I'll return just because of her customer service.

The customer service staff was extremely helpful and kind during a sensitive situation involving the return process of a large item.
