Best Western Mission Inn

Great place to stay! We were moving across country and had our vehicles fully loaded. They were safe all night in the parking lot. Our dogs appreciated all the grass for going to the bathroom, not easy to find in NM! Staff was extremely friendly! Definitely will be out go to stop for cross country travels.

Natalie the front desk employee made check in easy, and fast. She was a compliment to the business. We had a couple requests for the room and she was so helpful and was able to fulfill our request. Room was spotless, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, hot and the area to sit was a bright spot in the normal breakfast rooms. Would stay here again.

Stayed here during a road trip from TX to AZ. I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was great for the price, no complaints. It was clean and and had everything we needed. Hot breakfast was simple but delicious. Beds and amenities were clean! The TV was small and outdated but it still did the trick; we were only here to relax for an evening and sleep so it wasn’t a biggie. This is a great hotel if you’re stopping for a night or 2 to rest and relax. We had our cat with us and there was plenty of space for his litter box and food to not be in the same vicinity; also appreciated the low pet fee and cleanliness of the room despite being pet friendly. Beds comfy. Staff was kind and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, thorough check in upon arrival. Clean, large room. 6 EV destination charging stations. Nice grassy courtyard pool area. Very well maintained hotel, inside and out. Great choices for the free hot breakfast. Highly recommend. Will stay again when passing through.

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I made a mistake when booking through a third party site and both owners supported me in changing to the correct date by advocating for me to not be penalized on the phone with that other company. They were patient, caring and warm through the process and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you to Cynthia and Sam for being so welcoming!

The rooms were clean and comfortable as well. If I pass through again I’ll surely stay here!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is a charming gem that I would recommend to anyone.The southwest decor and homey atmosphere in the main reception and the rooms make you feel welcome and relaxed. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and have every amenity. The breaker buffet is fantastic and has everything you could ask for. But the people are what really make it special. They are the friendliest, kindest and most helpful folks I have ever encountered in a hotel/motel/inn. Overall we had a fantastic stay and I can’t wait to go back! If you’re passing through or near Las Cruces or need a home base in the area while you explore, this is the place for you. Best western mission inn and indeed everyone we encountered in NM were the best!

Will put this in our TX - AZ stop! Arrived at 3am. Sandra’s countenance was as though it was 10am. (Wide awake and very cheery. She was cleaning the lobby, mopping the floors.)
Yes this is an older hotel, but very clean. Breakfast bar was nice for the start of the day. Every staff member was very polite and helpful.

For a Best Western, it was the best I've used. Obviously not a high end hotel but for the price it was great. Room was big with very nice furniture and beds were wonderful. Only downside was the bathroom which was small (typical) although in great shape and nicely tiled. Breakfast was Ok but service wonderful. Comparable to Holiday Inn Expresses we had been using cross country.

Originally had a problem with lukewarm water in the shower. Issue was addressed promptly and when it needed more than a simple fix, we were upgraded. Staff extrememly friendly, breakfast good with plenty of coffee and juice and assorted items. Very pleasant grounds with nice middle grassy area. Mission style furniture in the rooms is wonderful. 5 stars.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received at the Mission Inn. We interacted with 3 staff members; Natalie at the front desk, Tracy in the café and another front desk person whose name I did not get. All 3 of these gracious women made us feel welcome and like we mattered. The room was spacious and comfortable but the customer service is why we would visit the Mission Inn the next time we are in the area. Kudos for exemplary customer service!!

Great place! They have a great breakfast with a large cozy area to eat. The rooms were clean and homey, and the staff was very helpful

Great rooms. Clean and roomy. A couple of trains disturbed us briefly in the middle of the night, but they weren't too bad. Made for fun conversation at breakfast. Can't say enough about the cleanliness and style of the room, very enjoyable. TV is lacking a bit, but we don't really care. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful nights stay. Stopped here on the way to arizona for the night and i’m glad we did.
The service was extremely friendly and direct. Property is safe, clean and quiet, seems like a nice part of town. The room was one of the nicest that we’ve seen from a best western. Beds were comfy and the room was very clean. Everything was well lit and all the amenities worked. There was a decent sized grass area to walk our dog. Breakfast was also extremely pleasant. Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Great variety to chose from.
I definitely recommend this place and will be returning on our next stop through!

I have made a lot of trip back and forth between Arizona and Texas. Las Cruces is where I usually stop to rest on this drive. I struggle to find a hotels where I can park as I am usually towing a trailer. For one night, you just want to get in and get out. I recently stayed here for the first time passing through. The first thing I noticed was how nice the lobby was. Very clean. The gal who check me in was very friendly. Also very accommodating as I asked if there was somewhere close where I could park my rig. This is key for me as I have a bad hip and walking is a bear. That being said she stuck me as close to the room as possible since I was coming in late and leaving first thing in the morning. The room was really nice and super cozy. I just wished they had something on the first floor. Not a big deal. Definitely a 5/5.

We really liked this older motel. Lots of character which huge rooms. If you’re just passing through on I10 it’s only a few blocks off the interstate.
We weren’t a big fan of the free breakfast buffet but we’re kind of food snobs.
Bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the price was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
If you get a chance add White Sands NP to your list of things to do while in the area.

I recently stayed there with my boyfriend as a last minute stay and truly enjoyed every aspect of it. I was impressed with great customer service, friendly staff, and cleanliness of the rooms. The location of the hotel was private and quiet which I appreciated. Overall this hotel was a very nice stay and again great customer service as we tend to not see that very often these days.Rita specifically was amazing and does her job very well!

We were very happy with the hotel from check in (Rita was very sweet and helpful) to our room which was very spacious and clean.
The surprise was the lovely and tasty breakfast with server Tracy and another woman who’s name I didn’t get. They made us feel so welcome.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, the breakfast good , hot and fresh! A lady working there, Elesia was friendly, and doing an excellent job! I’ve always stopped at a Best Western on vacation, and I rate this one the Best! Thank you!

You really can't beat this room for the price. All we needed the room for was a place to sleep during our road trip. It exceeded all of our expectations. We brought our dogs and the room was much larger than expected, which is nice because we have two big dog beds. The only complaint we have is that the pet charge, per night, was not disclosed when we booked the room. (It was $28 per dog per night, and that was in August 2023.) Also, FYI for dog owners, they don't allow you to leave the dogs alone, unattended, in your room.
The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was impressive, especially because we weren't expecting very much.
There was a nice center area in the parking lot that had grass, trees/shade and tables. There was also a little pool that looks nice, but we didn't use it, so I can't say much more about it.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and the experience is always pleasant. The staff are courteous and accommodating, the breakfast provides a good variety, and the grounds themselves are an oasis. We will continue to return to Mission Inn when traveling between TX and CA.
