JOANN Fabric and Crafts

It's always a great experience to shop at JoAnn fabric. Love using every coupon I can use too.

I always find some great crafting stuff here, I prefer it over the other craft store in town that discriminates against women's health care, so I always end up here, at JoAnn, where everyone is friendly and helpful. Their fabric selection is phenomenal!

I didn’t buy anything yet and really just wanted to look and get ideas about what kind of materials I want to use for a future project.. so i can’t talk much about prices because I didn’t think that far into it..
But there was a girl who worked there with red hair and a cool haircut.. who was the friendliest worker of all time!!
If every employee was that joyful and friendly, not only would I want to buy anything I ever needed there.. but I would go there just to buy something I didn’t need once in a while just to brighten my day..
I guess I never realized how much a big welcome to the store.. could make you feel like you’re actually being WELCOMED to the store!!

I think her name was Kristy if i remember correctly.. and all I can say (assuming that was her name) is that EVERY store needs a “Kristy” and because of her attitude and personality.. I can’t wait to return to this store again!!

This was the first time I ever went into a Joann's store, as the closest one is about 70 miles away, and it was amazing! They had an enormous variety of good quality apparel fabrics and that was what I needed. I will definitely be visiting this store again.

My go to fabric store. They're always having sales on something or another and many coupons can be used on their app. The employees are friendly and helpful. I can't leave the store without buying something. They have a great variety of fabrics.

Im from out of town and decided to come in to look at the pattern books. Good thing I did, they have a sale on them. Julianne, I believe her name is. Shes quite funny, she was making me laugh while cutting my fabric. Their store is very small but its very organized and clean! The one thing I had a hard time even doing was going to their public one bathroom. On the toilet paper dispenser, it says not to "put the toilet paper into the toilet". I thought, "where then? The trash can?!" I was not happy about that so I did not use. But whenever back in Las Cruces again, I will definitely be back.

Joann's is my go to place for fabric and yarn. With coupons, I usually get a really good deal there. The staff generally is pleasant & helpful.

This is a cool place! never seen so many different kinds of fabrics. I'll definitely come by and get my linens here!

I had the best experience at this Joann's Store recently. The staff was super nice and knowledgeable. They had several sales going on with their fabric, and I left feeling extremely pleased with what I found, and the prices I paid for it. The sales lady even showed me how I could save even more money by logging into my email to access a coupon available on Joann's website! I am looking forward to when I can return to this store, the next time I am in town!

Amazing and friendly staff that helped us with a quilt question, looked at pricing, helped with measurements and notified us of certain deals. I wish we got her name but the lady with curly hair did a great job today. We will certainly be back because of her. The store is also well stocked, clean, and welcoming.

Wonderful place to shop. Incredible sales. I didn’t know how many coupons I could use on my purchases and the girls help you find them on your phone. Saves me a small fortune. Very professional, very caring, very informative. They really know their business and I will never shop for fabric anywhere else. I just love them.

My wife bought cotton material, Jean zippers, and cotton thread for her machines.

Even though some of the prices are a bit high, I always use coupons for the discount which makes prices are reasonable. I always find the notions I need for sewing as well as miscellaneous items for crafting. They offer a great variety of fabrics and specialty items for upholstery and such. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great customer service asked questions of 2 different employees. And they seemed happy @ their jobs. Thankyou!

I love this Joann. While there could be a bigger selection of fabric types the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I've been shopping here many years and can only recall 2-3 instances of a staffer being rude or uncertain of merchandise - and those employees didn't seem to stay on for long. If there was a larger variety of fabric types I'd try and give this Joann 10 stars.

ILOVE Joann Fabrics I just wish they would expand their planner section since I'm addicted to Happy Planner. Their staff is always so welcoming and friendly. I often go here instead of Hobby lobby because it feels so homey and welcoming.
