AT&T Store

Chris G.& Chris C. were absolutely amazing. I am from Louisiana and had to handle some business and they helped me with everything. The services I got from the both of them is something I will treasure. Don’t even get that kind of service when I’m in my hometown!best of the best! These two deserve a RAISE❗

I can not believe how amazing the customer service was here. We showed up 10mins before they closed and both employees Guendi & Chris both helped us get a new iPhone for my daughter that was broken the same day! They were so patient and worked together to get my account looking properly and I simply can not express my gratitude! Guendi is the reason I will always stay with AT&T, and if I’m ever in Las Cruces again, I’ll only work with Guendi or Chris. They stayed well past the store hours to care for my daughter and me! Seriously can not express our thanks and appreciation.

Chris helped me set up my new phone, and trade in my old one. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and had perfect recommendations. Other staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back.

They are super helpful and offer plans that are definitely useful . Nobody was too pushy they were super kind and understood everything I was looking for.

I went in too see if I can upgrade my phone and the two gentleman named Chris helped me. They were super nice and awesome and even helped keep my nephews entertained. There also was a lady name brianna who was also so nice to them and would talk to them. I appreciated all their help! Thank you!

Came in and was happily greeted by Carol. Who made this an amazing and easy experience at AT&T. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the issues I was having with my phone. So greatful she was able to resolve my issues. I highly recommend that anyone visit this location and ask for Carol.

Visited the new store this week & had a great experience! I was met at the door by Carol & she was amazing! I ordered a new phone (got it in 2 days!) and she set me up with a new plan that was less expensive & a way better deal! Very happy with the overall experience! Thank you Carol! Went in the other day to activate my Uncle's phone and ended up opening a line for him instead of using his prepay phone. Both Chris' were able to get me some deals and made it worth it to open an account for him. Thinking about switching over my husband's and I from Metro to AT&T. Both Chris' were polite and professional! Highly recommend this cute little store. I was attended right away! God bless 🙏

this store is amazing it’s super nice and smells nice when you walk in to the building, Wendy and Breanna were a big help when I came in for something simple to fix.
I also left with a new phone for my husband so it was as a great day for us I will be visiting soon to get my upgrade. Thank you again to those lovely ladies for helping me. Please everyone go to this location they are super helpful without being pushy…
