I am never disappointed when I stop by here to get produce. I love having this place close to home, so I buy all my last-minute produce items here. I also bought a green salsa yesterday and it is really good. I want to try the fresh food- hopefully during my next visit.

When I need specific items that I know they carry, I prefer to go here vs. Wal-Mart. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Also their baked goods are yummy! I miss these types of stores. I wish there were more. Thank you!

Great small Mexican store. We love the variety of foods. They have a lot of hot stuff and extra hot stuff.

Best prices on avocados in town. Great burritos and a helpful and friendly staff. My favorite locally owned market in town. Small in size large in quality

Chavira's is by far one of the best Authentic Mexican owned and operated Markets in the Area they have everything and I mean everything from spices beans pan dulce sodas mexicanas chicharrones fruit vegetables fresh meat and most important Mexican candy Staff is very corteous and welcoming!!!

They have great tasting food and it's not expensive. I usually order ahead, but you really don't need to. You can browse through the isles as they prepare your food. You will find/buy other things you didn't know you wanted. The people here are awesome and very respectful.

GREAT FOOD! I love their carne desherbada and their red chile. All burritos come with beans and I love that they do. Careful with their red salsa, it is extremely spicy, but very good. They also have a great selection of Mexican snacks. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome, I come here about 2x per week. They are the ONLY place in town that has hot jalapeño's every time. They have really good hamburger meat, I get onions, avocados and garlic here. Sometimes they have mennonite cheese, if not I get the asadero blocks. The staff is super friendly and pleasant. A great place! If you live up hwy 70 anywhere it is not only awesome, but convenient too. 5 stars!

This place is definitely one of my top five places to go shop for fresh produce and other groceries. Not only is it a conveniently located small grocer, it is also a carneceria and they also have a kitchen in the back where they serve up some of the best mexican-style food. I just had to try the asada fries from here, and let me say.... They are to die for! I'm a very particular person when it comes to asada fries, but if I might say, they definitely surpassed my expectations. If you're a fan of asada fries, or even if your not I definitely recommend trying them from Chaviras! Also the environment is very welcoming and everyone is very helpful and ready to assist. Overall I would give a 5+++ star rating 👍

Small, comfortable, friendly, family owned, great place. Produce, fresh hand cut meats, etc. They have stuff I want to buy at very reasonable prices. They also have hot plates. OMG. Delicious. I love that Walmart didn't push them out. I go there often. Nice people, nice place.

Love the food n service

I love this local meat market! Has everything you need and it's also WIC friendly. Staff are friendly, their chicharrones are to die for! I highly recommend it, specially if you're in the mood for delicious Mexican candies! Their Mexican food is also super yummy and at affordable prices.
