Caribou Coffee

So far it's the best coffee I found in the state of Iowa. We are very much small coffee shop coffee drinkers but when in a pinch caribou is a good place to stop

Love my crafted press coffee with milk chocolate. It’s my calorie compromise from drinking a mocha! Great on a cold day!

There are currently three other coffee establishments within blocks of this Caribou location. You can see one as you are in the drive through. I am a loyal customer at this specific location because of the fabulous staff. Shelby and her entire staff are amazing.
Their customer service is top tier and they call me and my puppy by name. They even have a dog treat ready as I pickup my order. I can't compliment this Waukee Caribou enough. My family is always greeted with a smile. They keep the hot things hot and my cold selections cold.
They are a five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
operation.

My experiences over the last three years had been very good, especially since Shelby Johnson took over as manager, with the amazing help of Cole Berger, Anna O’Tool, Stephen, Olivia, Anna, the list goes on and on. The passion they have to satisfy customers causes a chain-reaction of success at Caribou, in Waukee. Thank you for allowing a place like this for us to enjoy!

Ever since the new store manager Shelby came along, I think the service as well as quality of product has improved immensely.. all it takes to make it in this industry is someone who cares enough to make it a pleasant experience every time.

Staff are very nice, and drinks are out of this world. I love the atmosphere too. Great place to relax and decompress while sipping on a cold or hot beverage.

Wonderful place for coffee fix...service is generally very good, rarely do you get the wrong thing. Like any Caribou, the coffee is very good. Bakery items could use more options. Recommend: crafted/cold press with caramel.

Always a favorite! Never been to a had caribou and this one is no different! Staff is always super helpful and polite. Love the decor and welcoming feeling of the inside and option to sit outside as well.

I love caribou! The coffee is addictingly good. Love that they have dairy milk alternatives, and like that they have a rewards program, I never seem to earn anything of value with Starbucks.

Always enjoy the comfortable experience provided by the Baristas. Try other spots on a regular basis but always return Home, because of the quality of the staff, Heather, Nancy, and Mary specifically.
