Had my Medicare Physical today with Dr Rabang. I’ve been a patient with him for over 10 years. He always explains everything and is so KNOWLEDGEABLE. I’m a retired nurse and have comfort knowing he’s THE BEST. He is never behind and ALWAYS is in a great mood and truly cares. He understands my needs and respects my wishes regarding my care despite if he agrees with it. THAT IS A TRUE DR. that has been lost in today’s health care. What’s truly amazing is his photographic memory. He remembers my history and that is incredible today. I have never felt like a number. Thank you Dr Rabang and your team.

Nurses are very kind, friendly, competent.
Doctors listen and provide thorough exams. Never fell rushed. Also a highly used training facility for Des Moines University med students.

My Doctor is fantastic, the front desk staff walk around with their nose 👃🏽 hanging out. Maybe they should do more training. It has been only over 18 months since this pandemic 😷 started. No wander we can’t get pass this pandemic 😷. Nobody knows how to wear a face mask 😷!!!!!

Great place and doctors

Not as good as it use to be. Staff is changing a lot. Doctors that use to take time and listen is no longer. Get them in and get them out is the name of the game now. They ask what your issues are but don’t address them. I can’t see my doctor at times for over a week sometimes 2 weeks. I’m NO LONGER a patient, I’m a number!!! Time to switch doctors!

Called 5 times to try to schedule a new patient appointment to establish care here since I just moved here out of state. Each time I called they answered and hung up on me right away. Pretty much tells me how incompetent this office and staff are already. Go elsewhere

This people front desk Julie is terrible she puts you on hold 18 mins to be exact.She has no clue what was going on just because you called again it doesn’t mean your very impatient but has no clue what is going on.This staff and doctors do not care how the patients and families are going through and ignoring us we are asking help simple as communicating with us.Terrible

Constant rescheduling and when you book appointments you have to wait for an hour or more to be seen. Currently still waiting to be seen after a reschedule as what needed to be done on Wednesday was not. 35+ mins and still waiting.
