Aloha Nails

This was my first time visiting. I called day off and they fit me into their schedule. I had a full set done at a different salon that was horrible. Super thick, disproportional. The lady who greeted me at the door talked with me about what I would like done, what they can do differently to get the results I want and pricing. Helen ended up doing my French tip pedicure/dip manicure. She was amazing, checked in with temperatures/pressure. Always made sure I liked the shape/color. My nails are beautiful. The salon is clean, comfortable, and smells good.
I will definitely be back and tell my friends.

My grandma and I visited Aloha salon today and got such amazing nails for Mother's Day! I love how clean and friendly the staffs are. Highly reccommend this salon for anyone ;)

Took my daughter here on our annual special day together. She was treated like a princess and felt like one. Very kind and gentle staff. Accommodating and calm, relaxing environment. Have the best massaging chairs in town by far. Will definitely be back.

I think I found my new go-to salon! The nail tech did an excellent job doing exactly what I wanted. The store was clean & they were playing relaxing spa music. Once my nails were done, she oiled my hands and gave me a mini massage. Will definitely be returning! 💅

First time mani dip. Helen is the best! All the ladies do great work. I’ve been coming here for pedicures for more than a year.

Very friendly, nice, innocent staff ,clean shop rates are fair reasonable, me and my girlfriend love to get our pedicure and nails done there.

The women there are amazing. They got me in promptly and provided an amazing organic spa pedicure experience with hot stones. My technician was really efferent and I messed my manicure up while they were drying and she was nice about fixing it. I'll go back again!!

I have used these sweet hard working lady’s for 2years. They have done a beautiful job on my nails and always do what I ask. I get compliments all the time on my nails.
I was in the salon the night the lady was complaining about them . I truly believe this women was looking for a discount. The lady brought another person and small child in with her. They seemed happy when they left.
They did give her a discount of almost 20% off her entire bill for all three of them . I believe this to be more than generous considering she was complaining about one nail being a little short. She was yelling at the ladies and rude. Which was uncalled for.
Times are hard and some will do what ever they can to save.
Thank you Nuwin and Helen for handling her with grace.
Remember we are not going to please everyone every time.

I went to Aloha Nails tonight after recently moving to the Des Moines area. I have been looking for a good salon to visit regularly. The staff and overall experience at Aloha Nails was excellent. The massage with my pedicure was one of the best ones I’ve ever had! They made sure everything looked perfect before I left the salon. I definitely appreciated the attention to detail.

I love this place and have gone to them for over a year now! They do amazing dip nails! The shape is perfect and super thin and natural looking. Never had any issues. They always make sure you love your nails before you leave!

By far the most exceptional quality of nail services (every single person is well trained & equally good) of any nail salon I've ever been to in WDM/Clive/Waukee. It is also the cleanest salon I've been to--they take every safety measure too. All these things considered, plus reasonable prices, it is by far the best value I've found.

They always take their time and pay attention to detail. They are the only ones I trust to do my nails. 💕

This place is AMAZING. The staff was extremely friendly and professional and the salon is immaculately clean. The prices are reasonable and they really go the extra mile to leave you feeling incredible. Their pedicures are by far the best in DSM especially if you like your legs massaged. I love that the owner and staff at Aloha Nails are so welcoming--but, even more, I love that it's a relaxing, calm space to unwind while being pampered. My nails look great--and eyebrows, too. If you haven't tried them, you definitely should check them out!

I absolutely love Aloha Nails! I have been going there for over 2 years now! I have never had a bad experience. I am always pleased when I leave. I have referred this nail shop to many people. I get my nails dipped. They are always done just the way I like. They are thin, but not too thin to the point they crack or break. Aloha Nails is one of the best nail salons I have been too in Des Moines! I recommend this shop to everyone.

I was a little worried when I saw the reviews. But this is the best nail salon experience I've ever had. The lady's are very nice and were very gentle. I'm so scared if the nail drill because I've been burned and cut before. No pain or burning with the nail drill here. Over all a good experience

I go here everytime I need my nails done and I'm never disappointed! The staff is so great and they really make sure they do their best for everything. They're so friendly and the place is super clean!! Also have so many options for nail colors. The new management is great!!!

O my gosh there is NO words to say how WONDERFUL this place is! I have been going there for over a year now. I know my nails are gonna be what I want and they take their time to make sure you are happy. I have gone many places over and over cause I wasn't happy. I tried Aloha Nails and I will NOT go anywhere else. Winn and Helen and their staff are so sincere and amazing! Love them!!! Please go see them and try Aloha Nails!!!
