Great place to stay. The owner really cares about his hotel. Very clean. You can tell he takes pride in his business. It is currently being updated too. With little to none inconveniences to the guest. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

The guestrooms were large and clean. Loved the larger refrigerator and the microwave. The variety of offerings at breakfast were a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay here again!!

Nice and clean. Well maintained. All 5 of us are happy about this place. Convenient and closed by Pizza place, Walmar, other amenities.

Hotel was convenient and clean. Front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. He even upgraded our room. I’d definitely stay there again.

I had a single queen room. The bathroom had a lot of counter space and good shelves in the shower. The water pressure was pretty low, but there was hot water in the morning.
My bed was comfy and there were different pillows to suit my preference. I only wish there was a fan of some type to block out the sound of the hallway. It wasn't noisy, but it was early morning and the employees were going about their regular business.
I'll definitely choose Microtel Inn if I am ever looking for a room in the area again.

Great Price! Very clean. The hotel was priced at an outstanding rate. The check in was easy and the room was amazing. It was a lot more space then we expected. The hotel is no extra frills, but it has everything thing we needed. They had a wonderful continental breakfast and good coffee. Overall, I would stay there again and would recommend it.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and the staff is always friendly. Check-in was a breeze lots of brochures in the lobby for local and out of state activities. Rooms were clean every time.

Amazing! I seriously didn't think it's be this great considering the room was so inexpensive. I saw the pictures, but I thought it was for one of the more pricey rooms. But it wasn't! It was almost a two room "suite" if you will. There are cabinets that separate the bed from the "living area" (equipped with a rotating TV, table, coffee table, sofa couch and fridge). On my way back home, I will definitely be staying at this location again!

We were in Urbandale for our daughter's wedding and just needed a clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay for wedding "readiness." We didn't need many amenities--pool, spa, etc. We were SO VERY pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Price was reasonable; breakfast was good; and the management was courteous and worked cooperatively with us when we requested a little later checkout time. We'll stay there again. . .for sure!

Rooms were clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly and polite - nothing really to complain about. The breakfast was pretty good too!! Better price than other hotels, and same quality (if not better). We'll definitely be staying again!!

We had to stay there for 5 days while our our house was being fixed. It was very pleasant. Rooms very clean, service was awesome. The young man who works the desk during the day was very helpful was very sweet. I will come back if need to

I’m one of the Estes truck drivers and I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times now and every time it’s been a great experience, the rooms are clean, it’s quiet and the employees always treat me very well. I’ll definitely continue to come back when I have to be in this area to sleep.

This hotel is pet friendly and it cost me only $10 extra! Easy access from I-80. Quiet and clean with friendly staff. I love that the Microtel chains have the little sleeping banquette next to the window. The room is small but functional; perfect for a night's rest prior to getting back on the interstate.
