AT&T Store

One name: Julia Locke. 85 middlesex turnpike #3020. That's the store you are going to want to go to if your reading this. Julia was the only wireless specialist working the day I came in. I had just had my S21 Ultra fixed around the corner, but they jacked up the Sim card reader and sent me to the at&t store around the corner. Julia was amazing. She worked on troubleshooting my phone while educating me during the process. Girl has a heart of gold, very professional, and a great personality. She got my phone back up and running after trying a few things. I appreciated her patience. I've seen associates give up after one or two tries, then try to sell you another phone. Julia, you are awesome, and I hope at&t and senior management understand what they have in you. You keep up the great work. You gave me a little more faith in AT&T.

My sons phone was not working properly. I definitely thought I was going to have to pay atleast $100 for a repair or get tricked into buying a new phone. We spent 10 minutes watching Tenaka troubleshoot while answering all of our questions about other products. He fixed it. No charge! Super helpful, so polite, informative and knowledgable.... and I have a happy teenager staring at his phone again. I will go out of my way to go to the Burlington location in the future! We had a great experience with Sylvia! She was friendly and helpful (also polite and patient with phone calls that kept coming into the store while we were there too). Had her check a few things on our account that we wanted to look into, then mainly went to upgrade to a new phone on one of the lines. The phone I specifically wanted was not in stock at the store so she ordered it to ship to our home, and offered to help us finish the setup if we went back after the phone arrived. We returned again about a week after and received excellent service again, where she helped put the screen protector on perfectly (I've had an AT&T rep put it on wrong a bit crooked in the past), activated and set up the new phone, as well as transferred the data I wanted to keep. Definitely recommend this store -- no wait time, no unnecessary sales pitch or lies to upsell us on other stuff that we don't need (we've been subjected to that at other stores and with other reps elsewhere), joked around and put up with us whether we were funny or not -- we had fun on both visits, it was truly a pleasure!

Sylvia Powellat made this experience AMAZING!!! I have had a rough couple of days, including jumping into a pool with my phone. She made the experience of getting a new phone unbelievably enjoyable. I will definitely be going back to her (and AT&T of course) in the future!

The AT&T store at 85 Middlesex Rd in Burlington is a great choice. Mark, the manager, is first rate. He is patient, smart, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

My iphone was broken just before the holiday due to a battery failure. I went to get a new phone in Burlington mall. The person in the first store on the 2nd floor of the mall could not help me. Then I went to this store. Tanaka was very friendly and helpful. He walked through the process to get me a new phone, and helped me to activate it. He even extended the store hour for 30 mins to help me setting it up, and he was patient all the time. I now have a phone to use during the holiday.

I took a trip to the store and had Alex as my sales associate. He was nothing but professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile for me throughout my visit. Troubleshooting any problems we had and has the best all around personality. He truly gave me and my girlfriend service with a smile. He was one of the best guys I’ve ever met. I walked out of there with a brand new iPhone 13 pro max because of him and never have felt better about a purchase. I’m even sitting here using it to write this review. If the rest of their AT&T team is like him I’ll be a customer for life ✊🏼

Thank You Sylvia! We bought our phones before the holidays and Sylvia was great! She made the process so simple.

We then came back after the holidays to set up our phones and Sylvia was walking out as we walked into the store. She recognized us as we walked in, said hello, and instead of leaving came back in to help us activate our phones, get some more supplies, and then turn in our old phones. She spent over an hour again with us and working through all the details. Incredibly patient!

After calling a handful of stores for the new Iphone 14, I found it at this burlington location. Alex helped me out and was so great!! What I appreciated the most was his honesty with the process and providing me with options that will benefit me that he made the process so nice and smooth! He helped me set everything up, transfer and was so patient in the process as it took a while! The manager and staff were all so friendly and welcoming I would highly recommend going there for a great smooth experience! Alex was awesome!!!

Last year I stubbles upon this AT&T Store and loved the service . I just went back tonight with my husband and son. Sylvia was absolutely amazing ! She is knowledgeable , kind , pleasant and extremely helpful . This story is fantastic and I have no intentions of every goi g to any other store .

I traded in my Iphone 12 for a 14. The young woman, Julia, who assisted me was able to facilitate my purchase quickly and easily, Julia put me at ease in helping me determine my needs and conversion to a betyter program plan. I would definitely recommend to my friends to use this ATT site.

Staff person. The one who handled our needs was very knowledgeable and patient. A woman was waiting for that specific person for 40 minutes while there were 2 other staff members standing around. Not sure what that means. But the guy is great so far so long as all the discounts and savings is legit.

Sylvia was a huge help, she made sure we got everything we needed and helped in so many ways. She made sure My husband and I switched to At&t from Xfinity Mobile and we couldn't be happier! Also, Gary was amazingly helpful as well. Great experience and had help within 5 minutes of being there.

I wanted to purchase an American SIM card for my Canadian phone while I am visiting for 10 days. Tanaka installed it and hooked me up with a plan for $50 a month. When I leave Massachusetts I call customer service to suspend the account until the next time I visit. Easy peasy.

Someone called out sick, so Sylvia was alone, but it was a Saturday so I planned on waiting. Sylvia was great. Although she could not fully solve the issue with my old phone, she helped with so much with my new phone, and directed me to the Apple store so the issue could be resolved there. Then she offered to help with the data transfer after my visit to Apple.

Great experience after switching from Verizon. The manager (Slyvia, I believe) was knowledgeable and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me get situated when I had a broken phone and the folks at Verizon wouldn't give me the time of day.

Sylvia was amazing! Very sweet and personable! She helped me trade in my old phone for the new one. I was also having an issue with clearing my old phone but she really helped me problem solve to get it to work!

I went to the store to upgrade my iphone 11 to iphone 14. Rony helped us with the upgrade. He was prompt, helpful, gave us all the options and answered our questions and gave us suggestions and advice when we asked him for it. I liked my experience at this store and expect to go back again.

Thanks to Sylvia for getting me set up on my replacement iphone (lost it over vacation and it got crushed by numerous cars and trucks) but more importantly for helping me reset my Apple password and restore all my photos and apps. Great experience. Thanks again, Sylvia!
