Hampton Inn Boston Bedford Burlington

Stayed here for one night after an event in the city. Lobby had an off smell about it, but once we checked in and went to our room (top floor), we were happy. The room had two queens and a couch. It was very modern and smelled quite new. Bathroom had shampoo and conditioner, plenty of towels and wash clothes. Extra blanket in the closet as well as iron and ironing board. It was great for what we needed, including a free breakfast. Typical hotel breakfast, but food is food. We drove back into the city in the morning, not too far of a drive at all.

Stayed here for four days. Very well maintained and clean. Large spacious rooms. Continental breakfast had a good variety of options. Front desk staff were awesome. Away from the bustle of the city, yet close enough to major attractions depending on traffic.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Bomb breakfast at your convenience.
Not your cheap coffee and muffin deal like other hotels. Rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very large spotless room with large TV, large mini fridge and microwave, and comfy beds. Redone recently and fairly quiet. Meaghan at the front counter was so friendly and helpful. Digital key did not work and the (otherwise great) breakfast spread was slammed on the weekend, but these were minor issues and did not affect the quality of our stay. Great location if you want access to Boston without paying downtown prices and it's near tons of restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel has been remodeled, employees truly cared about your experience. Hotel had plenty of staff on hand not just a one person show like a lot of hotels since COVID. Hotel was clean and well kept.

Hotel was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Nicole was very friendly at the front desk and helped me find a good place to eat. Would recommend this place.

This is a hidden gem, excellent customer service, perfect location near the highway. Rooms are clean. Kudos to Megan and Luana are the best hosts. I will definitely go back:)

Such a great experience! Front counter staff, housekeeping, breakfast service workers- they were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place!

We stay here very regularly with our work. The staff are always so nice and welcoming. They usually know us by name, or by our dogs anyway. Been under construction but no big deal. The rate went up and we still stay there because it’s nicer than most other places we stay.

I love Hampton Inns and this one did not disappoint. Front desk staff were phenomenal! Every single staff we encountered were pleasant. Rooms were clean and great. Our family really enjoyed our stay here!

We normally stay at another Hampton closer to our son's house but this hotel is great. They are working on updating the entire hotel but what they've done is super. The room was dead quiet and nicely furnished. Lobby is spotless and open, nice young people on the desk. Good breakfast and the place works for us!

My wife and I stayed at the Bedford Hampton Inn for 3 days. The hotel provided class A service to us. We were very happy with our stay, and we'd gladly return. Each staff was professional and courteous. Maritza Ramos who works at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. She's downright awesome with one of the friendliest personalities we've seen! Another staff member extended our checkout time to accommodate my wife's remote working. This was when the hotel was fully booked-out. Additionally, the GM (an older gentleman) availed a conference room to my wife so that she could continue working with quiet and privacy. The GM was very polite and helping-minded! Literally everyone was nice to us, including the person who brought us extra pillows when requested. In my opinion, the staff at this hotel go above and beyond in trying to make your stay comfortable, and they do it with a generous smile! My wife and I feel very appreciative! They've definitely got a winning crew there!!

My status as a military serviceman & Hilton Honors Lifetime Diamond Member was recognized and upon arrival; I was warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. I love the charm of this hotel, absolutely outstanding, and does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all.

Every staff member I encountered was delightful and eager to help. They went above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable & enjoyable. The service was exceptional, high-quality, top notch, and not to be beat! This excellent property was clean, and very convenient…and the atmosphere was special with a great ambiance.

Overall, the Hampton Inn Bedford / Burlington exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my professional colleagues and military Soldiers. I will always stay at this location when traveling to this area/Boston. All respect for the general manager, David D'Arcy, who does a great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality…thank you so much!

We had a great stay here. Our room was clean and check-in process was quick. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. You will get to eat variety of breakfast if you stay here for more than a night. Front-desk staff was helpful and polite. 30 minutes from Boston downtown.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the room we got it! The bed and pillows was super comfortable! Everything very clean and spacious! Bathroom amazing, air and heater working perfectly!
But just something that you might consider when booking, try to do not get a room by the elevators, neighbors can be very loud!

This place is a very lowkey place to stay. Not super fancy but perfect for the price. The rooms were nice and clean and staff was super nice. There was a problem with my shower and it was fixed the same day. Nice big parking lot and less than 10 minutes away from the mall and Starbucks. I would definitely stay here again.

Maintenance guys are great and very professional. My microwave went out and they were very fast and resolved the issue. Very clean and comfortable hotel.

Everyone was friendly, caring, and attentive to our needs. Even when there was a minor problem, everyone immediately rushed to solve it. We could not be happier! Thank you for making our vacation better.
