I had such a pleasant experience visiting this store today! It was clean and shelves were full and mostly organized.
I want to give a special shout out to the associate - Patrick, who was pleasant during the checkout and did a splendid job packing my purchases. I went a little crazy and bought a lot of items, I knew I would have had a hard time carrying it to my car. He recognized it and offered to hold on to the bags until I bring my car over to the entrance. He met me outside and helped me load the bags! What an exceptional customer service!

the Store is great just the lines get ridiculous! I also don’t care for the polyester that most clothes seem to be made from but you do fine some amazing items for the cost and quality it’s spot on!

Love the store good price and many more. But its just the waiting line its out of control to long

I just wish the items were better organized. Sizes were not necessarily in the sections as indicated. Moreover, I was not really sure which direction the rows went for the clothing anyway. Prices and variety were amazing! For this alone, they deserved the 5 stars. I bought many items from there. Checkout staff were always quite pleasant.

It was getting late, and I had one item and all of the cashiers were taking customers with a ton of items in their cart. One of the employees was paying attention and was kind enough to take us even though his shift had ended and I know he probably wanted to go home, especially the night before Easter. He had an amazing vibe, very enthusiastic, and overall an amazing employee. Definitely deserves a raise!

Love Burlington coat factory very busy lines are long definitely short staff but when you get up to the cash register customer service is great and focused on the customer in front of them to ensure you get what you need and that you are happy both experiences that have been in the store it's been nothing but pleasant it's the holidays so a little bit messy even the floor staff are awesome I also found out they do layaways which was very helpful during the holidays all layaways and on the 18th

This place is amazing i just got 3 bathing suits for $25 sometimes I go and find nothing. Most of the time i find too much. This place beats marshalls and tj max by far. I always get everything for so cheap and i mean everything from clothes sneakers to shower curtains. Go and see for your self. The employees have been so so so friendly and great.

The cashier was very efficient, polite and quite personable. I also had a great experience with the fitting room older lady. She was extremely helpful.

I Love this place now, more service associated that speak Spanish very helpful. Now they have a real flow team and better management. Thanks all in Special the front end supervisor she speak Spanish with red hair, sorry I forgot her name puertorican girl.
